Ca’s Cuscanti was a great central location in Soller, near to the main square, where was a beautiful church and several restaurants and bars located and multiple stores. Breakfast wasn’t provided as such, but there was tea and coffee (very good!) provided in the communal reception area and tasty local pastries were left in our room each day. Breakfast could be obtained in nearby locations. Toni was a very attentive host and easily contacted if needed. Ca’s Cuscanti is a beautiful old house, lovingly modernised and decorated. It was a great base from which to travel west and east to the many interesting villages and beaches nearby.

Parking needed to be out of town (as Soller is an old and mostly pedestrianised town its immediate centre) with narrow streets and a one-way system, so it was a 10/12 minute walk in….but you can drop off and pick up your bags relatively easily.

A very warm and personal welcome from the owner, who had a lot of tips for visiting places and food. Our luggage was brought upstairs. Complementary tasting of local pastry. The location is right around the corner (literally) of the main square, offering a good choice of nice and not too expensive restaurants, ice cream parlors and a shopping street is around the block. At walking distance from the tram and train station as well.

Having an incredible amount of television channels is nice, but most of them (let's say 95%) were in German - with quite a few unshielded adult channels as well.

Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish - a friendly welcome from Toni, a pastry treat awaiting us in the room (and every consecutive day), plus an exceptionally clean and modern interior. Its situation along a small quiet street was perfect for a good nights sleep and yet it was only a stones throw from the bustling heart of the town. You don’t need a car as the local buses are frequent and very reliable. There is also the option of the little tram to Port de Soller or the wooden heritage train to Palma. Soller, and this hotel, add up to very special holiday experience.

Loved everything about Ca’s Cuscanti. Tony was amazing before we even arrived and his communication was always prompt and helpful and he arranged a taxi on arrival for us. Absolutely gorgeous setting just as in the picture and fantastic location just a stones throw from main town square. Additional complimentary pastries each day a lovely touch (and drinks in fridge too which hadn’t realised so missed out enjoying those !) Lovely apartment that I would definitely recommend and stay at again if lucky enough to get back to Sollier As another reviewer mentioned, shower was amazing!

I was sharing the apartment with my adult daughter and no door on the bathroom made it a little uncomfortable to give each other privacy when showering.

There was a group of 5 of us that booked a few rooms here and it was one of our favourite stays! Toni the host is the kindest man you will ever meet, we still talk about him to this day. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after from recommendations and delivering little treats to the rooms. The location is amazing, the bed is sooo comfortable and the shower was the best I had over my 8 weeks in Europe. Bathrobes and the complimentary mini bar were a nice touch. Do yourself a favour and book a room here, you will not regret it.

Could not fault it

Pros - location was right in the middle of town, seconds away from Soller square - the rooms were spacious, modern and the bathroom was very clean - the host was wonderful and provided recommendations for breakfast, lunches and dinner, very quick to respond to any queries and very communicative - the host provided fresh orange juice every morning - easy self check-in - the host provided options for parking spaces, we found that the best option was Texidors parking lot (7 min walk) - we enjoyed using the speakers in the room - our room had complimentary water bottles and soda, as well as a local snack upon arrival Thank you Toni for a wonderful stay, and for the peach bakery treat 🥰

Cons - there is no door between the main room and bathroom (not an issue for us as a couple, but maybe if staying with friends/family) - it would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room - no slippers

The room was perfectly clean and well organized, with very modern comfortable furnishings. The room has a small balcony with chairs, which is nice to sit and relax in the evenings. The Manager (Toni) contacted us the night before to ensure arrival was smooth and was very helpful throughout the stay. He treated us with local pastries and fresh orange juice every morning. The hotel is a 2min walk from the main town square, which has with outdoor bars and restaurants. Soller (central) is a good location to base your stay in Majorca, as Port Soller and Valldemossa are accessible for day trips.

No complaints

We were two girls staying in Sóller for three nights and loved our time at this hotel. It's centrally located, making it convenient to explore everything in town, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The attention to detail is amazing; the hotel was clean, organized, and cozy. The warm and caring hospitality made us feel truly welcome, and we rate it 10/10. The host was incredibly helpful, assisting us with booking car transportation (we did not rent a car), which made our trip much more stress-free. I even forgot my slippers, and they reached out to inform me, showing genuine care for their guests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in Sóller and look forward to returning to this property again!

AMAZING. From the moment you walked in through the doors to every day you stayed, Pablo (the host) was amazing. He made sure every need was met and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Everything here was exceptional; from the fresh orange juice in the morning to the little pastries he left after cleaning the room to the fresh water and clean towels. The room has so much space and wonderful natural light. The bed is so comfortable and clean. The room has everything you need to relax. The location is amazing too. The hotel is located right off the main plaza so we could walked anywhere we needed but was quiet enough for us to rest at night with no extra noise. We loved our stay and would come back again.

Summary: Excellent location. Original house which has been beautifully restored and refurbished to a very high quality and standard. Rooms are state- of- the art and beautifully decorated and designed. The house is a 1 minute walk from the main square in Soller located in a quiet small street. Although there are no meals offered, you can take advantage of the beautiful bakeries for breakfast and the high class restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. To get to the port you can enjoy a pleasant scenic walk otherwise take the historical tram down to the water. Bus Station is about an 8 minute walk away and mountain hikes within walking distance of the house. Toni the host is very friendly and helpful and can offer tips for excursions in the area. I can highly recommend this establishment.
