Fifth time staying at Aurora since 2018. Wonderful service, ambiance, and aesthetics. As a BnB/ hotel/ hostel, it is just what it should be: friendly, service_minded, clean, comfortable, and with a great breakfast too.

Generally, I've booked the ensuute rooms. This time, I opted to try the shared toilet and shower. The good news is that the shared toilet and shower is for only two rooms each on the upper floor, so one might share with only two others at most. Moreover, the hand towel hooks are marked by room number too. I was slightly disappointed by the small shower room, but it was a good shower and clean. The hotel_style rooms with private bathrooms are very nice.

The place was nice and quiet. The toilet was super clean even though it was shared. The staff were very friendly and always with a smile.

The beds are not comfortable at all. It's the only thing I could complain about.

A pleasant stay at Aurora. The room was clean and big enough. As the B&B is adjacent to the hospital I suspect guests would be staying for that reason. An additional kitchen is at the back of the property which looks like it could be used by guests. Breakfast was adequate.

Access details had been provided to our Australian phone number. We'd left more than a week earlier. The hostess said we should have let herself/Booking.com know our temporary number!! Isn't that what email or Booking.com messages are for?

It was in a good location with a nice garden. No complaint at all. Very nice value.

Good facilities for visitor. Very cosy garden. Close to the city centre .

Breakfast was mostly home-baked breads, cereals, yoghurt, fruit jams, toasts, ham, cheese, coffee, tea… etc. We ate outdoor in the patio, it was nice. The staff went outside to offer free refills for coffee & milk which was really nice.

Beds blanket were very comfy but they have comfoners so we took them out (too thick & too warm weather). No Airconditioner, only desk fan. It was too warm and we woke up many time feeling uncomfortably warm. Hesitant to open the windows tho because we were on the first floor.

Just good, basic, clean. But also organised and easy. Totally perfect. For what I expected 5/5. I needed a nights stay as I worked in the area.

A bit cold in the room. Due to the start of the winter season. But they left a blanket. So it was fine.

Spotless, comfortable, large room and it was great to have private toilet. Breakfast was good

We were in the back room and curtain did not block out the street light. Black out blinds would be good

The Breakfast was pleasant with a great variety of foods. The host Sonja was very helpful and customer friendly.

Perfect location, nice rooms, the facilities were nice and clean, excellent breakfast and the staff/owners were professional 🙌

Really clean. Great facilities - able to make a snack or cup of tea. Staff excellent - communication great.
