We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is in excellent condition and cleanliness was outstanding throughout the property. Our room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The fitness facilities were quite good and met our expectations. The hotel’s location is ideal: close to a metro station, next to a shopping mall, and offering convenient parking on site.

Breakfast was overall very good and offered a wide variety of options. However, it would be great to see more inclusivity for guests following specific diets — such as vegan cheese or gluten-free bread alternatives.

Location was perfect for area stayed. Easy to get Uber and other areas with ease. Room service was really good. Breakfast was also a hit, a little pricy, but it was all you can eat.

1. TV was a smart TV but had issues when connecting to shared devices. Apparrently the server had gone down and the TV never worked the same even after some visits from staff. I like to screen share from my own device to watch my stuff at command, this did not work most of the time. 2. water was brown at times, got a notice they were working on water issues. Probaly should have gave everyone bottled water for the inconvience? 3. Water could have been hotter, showers were luke warm at best.

I loved the ambiance in the lobby, ALL the people at the front desk very nice,hospitable, very helpful with any information, even late chechout free for our need ! Wonderful, smart and beautyful people, women and man ! Breakfast very good and with a large variety of cheese, olives, patisserie, fresh veghind and honeycomb !!! We felt very safe in the hotel and in the aria ! I would definitely stay here again ! Thank you guys, you are awesome! 🌹

Well, of you think very high of yourself you can find something to say about sonething but this is not my case, I did not grow up at the royal palace !

To be honest, it was not expecting at all to stay at a very very nice hotel! The room was spotless, very bright and quite large with a very modern design.. This hotel made me feel so relax and welcomed. The hotel facilities provided were excellent, and everything was so well thought out. I also wanted to give a special mention to the hotel staff Ilhan—he was very professional, positive and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you the hotel management and hotel staffs for making my stay excellent!

Hotel is located near shopping mall which I often visited for different restaurants, hotel was very nice, clean and staff was very friendly, respectful and polite. Cleaners were very patient and respectful and kept my room clean every day. When I was checking out receptionist was exceptionally very nice towards me which I appreciate what she did for me because I was in a little hurry.

Fridge in the room it needs to cool things inside and your personal stuff better.

Clean nice hotel breakfast is good but it's far from city center for people who came for leisure isnot recommend as it's far and you always to use transport to get to your target. Metro and bus station are near to hotel .... the brandum mall behind the hotel isnot of big value.

We had a wonderful stay at the selectum hotel the arrival welcoming was heart warming the staff was so friendly they upgraded us to a bigger room with a sea view for free the hotel has a lovely location there’s a shopping mall only 2 minutes away with so many restaurants the bus stop is only 1 minute walk the hotel was so clean the cleaner was so nice she would always make sure we had clean towels and water everyday everything was perfect

Wonderful hotel with well-trained staff. The price is very good for what you get! The on-duty manager working on 24th April in the evening was lovely! He gave me a nice upgrade too. The guy who brings up the luggage is very sweet too. Great costumer service! Finally a minibar that is filled! This is very rare these days. Room service was ok too. I had the Pasta Arrabiata which was nice and lentil soup.

Some of the younger staff do not speak English well and there was some miscommunication at times. I also got called at midnight twice on the first night. Sometimes you can get some cigarette smell from the Aircon. There is also a strong perfume smell, particularly when the maid cleaned. I wish they would not use that as it is too strong.

Location was nice, and the staff at the hotel were helpful...Beds are really comfy and Furkan at reception was very helpful from check-in to check out. Parking is excellent and they even helped with parking as and when needed so I didn't have to drive all the way to underground car park. Overall Hotel is very nice but the price we paid could be abit better as there are alot better deals with more central locations but apart from that everything was nice and staff are excellent&helpful.
