Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The style, cleanliness, staff, breakfast – every single aspect exceeded our expectations. The location is also perfect: stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere, far from the crowds of the city center. Free parking is available, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. And there is even a playground for kids and a coffee machine 24/7 for their parents, we loved it all!!! We will definitely be coming back!

The apartment is exceptionally clean and in brand new condition. The owner is very friendly and always happy to assist. There’s a wide variety of breakfast options, and a coffee machine is available 24/7. Additionally, there is a mini bar stocked with regional alcohols.

The mountain view is blocked by trees on the ground floor, and the rooms are not soundproof.

It would be better for hikers if breakfast would start little bit earlier at 07:30 and not 08:00.

Our room at the Willa Folk Prestige was spacious, clean and comfortable. The place is very quite and it is suitable even for longer periods. The breakfast was various and very delicious. I would definitely go back when planning to visit Zakopane area again.

Very cosy and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the room and especially beds were super comfortable, al in all - a perfect stay after a long hiking. Oh, and the breakfast was just very enjoyable - with a lot of options to choose from.

The mattress was uncomfortable — it sagged, making it difficult to sleep.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provided a way for us to get the keys after the check in hours. The facilities are very good and if you are travelling by car the location is great.

The wifi was really slow maybe connection problem. Far from the city center. If you don’t have own car might need to rethink but all in all good location with nice view of the mountains

We liked the view from balcony, the breakfast was on level, very nice bathroom, all is clean and the stuff was very kind and helpfull.

There was no shampoo and air conditioning in the room, but with windows open, it was cool.
