The building had been very recently refurbished to a high standard. The room was clean, comfortable with a great shower. Its location is excellent with views over the beach and harbour and lots of facilities - bars, restaurants and shops - within a short walk.

Room 13 is at the top of the building and is pretty small. It basically comprises a bed, ensuite and small hanging space. Ideal for a short stay but probably not for any longer. Car parking is also an issue. The harbour car park is expensive and charges 24hrs. There is another car park nearby, next to the library, which is cheaper and only charges from 9am to 7pm. But this was busy when we visited in June, so I would not be confident of always getting a space at peak times.

Situated in a wonderful position at the centre of everything & on the seafront with lovely views.

Could have done with a fold down chair. Had to watch TV sat on bed, not good with neck/back issues, twisting neck. Hubby sat on easy chair. Could have done with a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. Had to be very careful of the sharp corners on window. Hit my head a couple of times. Dangerous! Don’t know whether possible to put soft padding on edges?

You dont see any staff.Simple instructions were sent by the company on how to enter the building and room. Sea view room was lovely, and views during sunset and sunrise are stunning. Carpark straight in front of building, all night tarrif reasonable. Bed comfy, linen clean tea and coffee provided, book on the village helpful. Great shower.

There is nothing to dislike.

Its location in Saundersfoot Harbour is perfect, local facilities such as restaurants pubs and shops were on your doorstep

The room is a little bit on the small size, a lower rate could compensate for this, the table with the cups, kettle etc are under the soffit of the roof, maybe better placed under the window

Location was amazing everything you needed was there around you! Only negative was the slopping ceiling made it bit difficult to navigate around that side of the room. Shower was amazing included decent shower gels. Bed was comfy and clean.

Wish we was there longer :)

I've been visiting Saundersfoot for over 20yrs and in my opinion these rooms are brilliant little gems in the centre of everything. You'd expect double the cost for the location, you're directly in the middle of everything and the rooms are just as pictured.

Very clean, fantastic location, helpful staff.

No milk, no coffee refills. Room was an attic room with sloping ceiling and small window, which wasn't clear in the description. Rooms on the first floor better for sea views.

The location, the whole set up of the properties, the shops right outside the building, the amazing views and the room was perfect.

We would have preferred to have 2 key fobs but not a big problem

Room very clean all you need in a short stay well maintained. Building well looked after a great experience. Will be booking again .
