The location for my requirement at the time was excellent...The place was clean and the room comfortable. The staff very helpfull

I have only one MINOR complaint,, I had too have an early breakfast (7-00) The buffet was laid out and comprehensive, But the scrambled eggs in the Ban Marie was cold as was the bacon...This could be due to the early hour and maybe they had not warmed up... However as I said it was only a minor problem

Nice hotel which appears to be recently renovated. The car park is closed at night which is safe. Far from the city center so you need a car. The breakfast is good. Everything is clean. The reception is sometimes closed but you have a code to enter. The room is big enough for 3 people for a short stay. Beds are comfortable.

Clean room, room for 3 persons with enough space, breakfest sufficient, could be more choice, enough parking places at the hotel, aircon working well, so overall good accommodation, we spent one night

Location about 6km/ 10min by car from city centre, if you are travelling by car, no issue, enough parking places in Vannes centre

Reception was kind and helpful and changed us to another room due to airconditioning not working. Parking free and in front and back of the hotel (behind a closed gate with code).

Airconditioning didn't work in the room we were originally assigned to. Reception however quickly fixed this for us by asssigning a different room. Shower was a bit small.

Large room, good breakfast, clean, with all facilities, including secured parking and entries, polite staff: best value for money in town by a mile if you don't mind being 15mn away from city center.

You need the car to explore Vannes. It would be nice to have a little refrigerator in the room.

Although this was a budget hotel on the outskirts of town it had on-site parking which was difficult to find affordably in the centre of town which was why we booked it. The room was clean & had almost everything needed for a comfortable stay, no hairdryer or tea making facilities but as we take both of those things with us so it wasn't a problem. The bonus for us was that the No.1 bus which stops right outside the hotel took us to the centre of town. It costs 2 euros per person each way & took about 15 mins, it also ran frequently so there was no need to take our car into the town centre where parking is very limited. Also we had a nice meal at the restaurant next to the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel was basic but good, it was well stocked and the area spotlessly clean, all in all a very good stay.

Location a slight let-down. I think the description stated that hotel was one mile from centre: the distance was greater and the access by foot wasn't pleasant on the verge beside fast roads. That said, access to the important N165 was great - only moments from the hotel. Other good points: great parking, ground floor bedrooms (ours anyway!) Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and VFM. Surrounding area was commercial and dead in the evenings - no bars, restaurants.

It was fine, for what it was - a great break-of- journey stop. HM

Stayed here a few times. Always enjoyable. Quiet location but easily accessable to Vannes centre and trunk roads. Staff polite. Safe carpark.

easy to find. property has a lift which is easiest when you have to go upstairs with kids and luggages. The property is pet friendly.

Gate was down in the morning and we needed to leave to follow our journey and get the boat in time. This can happen so it is not on the property. just bad luck
