Content for children, food, location, staff were all amazing

The air condition unit blows cold air directly at the kids bed, the a/c unit also cant be regulated in any way, it is either off or blowing cold air in all directions while the kids bed is right next to the unit

Very nice and helpful staff. We had some requests and everything have been solved immediately and with smile. All equipement and details adapted for families with kids. Kitchen was very tasty with a lot of choices for everybody. Different pools for adults and kids. Acces to the sea directly behind the hotel, beach very close. Sea clean with small fishes :-) Good location in a calm area, only a small issue might be a parking - sometimes difficult to find a place. Definitely we will come back.

Maybe one not very comfortable thing - dinner starting from 7 pm might be quite late for some kids. One hour earlier would be better.

The staff were excellent. Everyone was really helpful and kind. The mini disco was great and the food was very good. For children, there is an extra lunch available at 12:15. Free parking was a big plus and the kids’ pool was a lot of fun.

There is no beach directly under the hotel suitable for children. To reach a sandy beach, you need to walk about 10 minutes. There are many stairs leading to the beach, which can be inconvenient. The kids’ club was not very clean and most guests walked around indoors with shoes on. Also, the staff did not seem very engaged with the children.

In general, it is a very nice hotel, the rooms are clean, lots of good facilities for children, the "disco" in the evening was nice, albeit we found it went on very late considering it is for small children. However, we had the impression that this hotel caters for locals more, than international tourists, since most of the activities were in Croatian, and only a few times did they speak English/German. We liked the buffet food, and good options for both kids and adults ( could use more seasoning, but that's just us) I was particularly grateful to the kitchen staff for providing us a few freshly made breaded chicken when my overtired toddler refused to eat anything else, and I mistook the breaded fish to breaded chicken. It saved me that evening. The playroom was a big hit with my child, but we did not use the babyclub, so I cannot rate that. The staff were very polite, always greeting us in the lobby or in the elevator. There is also sport entertainment for adults ( yoga, hiit training, volleyball etc), not very good advertised so you need to watch out for the paper schedules sticked to the walls to see what's planned for the day. It would be good to advertise more the cleaning time for the pools though, as we only learnt it by chance. Good to note that pools are filled with salt water! You need to pay for sunbeds on the beach, but not at the hotel pools. People still do the reservation of chairs with towels thing, that's a bit annoying, but hey-ho.

Considering this is a children's hotel, you could really invest into a flat path/road next to the stairs down to the beach for buggy users. Pulling and pushing the buggy all around the hill from the hotel to the beach and on the way back was exhausting, whilst you have to carry all the other beach stuff as well at the same time. The extra bed is a bit uncomfortable, that could be improved. A changing room next to the nursery / baby food prepping area would also be appreciated.

Understaffed for high season

Very good family (with children) hotel.There were kids' clubs for every age, multiple playgrounds outside and inside the hotel. Food was good and varied- for fish and seafood lovers, I could say great! Animation team was great! The kids had a special program every evening, while parents could enjoy a drink on the terrace. The animation team offered swimming lessons every day. Also, great touch with the attended lunch and afternoon snack for kids. Special thanks to Amanda and her other colleagues for being so nice and caring! :)

Rooms/bathrooms could be more spacious, but in the end the surroundings and beach were so nice that we spent very little time (during the night only) in the room.

My daughter was 2 years old when we were here for the first time! He is now 15 years old, but we visit here every summer, even though we never go back anywhere. The service, the rooms and the food have provided continuous quality over the past years! The location and the environment are wonderful, we love it…

Location is great, close to the waterfront and easy access to the water. Staff is nice and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Restaurant is ok, but many small fingers (kids) on everything. Better with less options of quality food, then a lot of everything. We felt it was to many options of food whit low quality.

There were many things we liked. Rooms were nice and clean (we had 2 room joined together), food was amazing and selection was great. We wanted to try everything but it was impossible. Anyway, we're sure we put on weight there :) But the main advantage of the hotel is the baby club and some other facilities for kids. We dropped our small kids every day there and the professional staff took care of them. There was also no language barrier because they spoke many languages. We also liked the swimming pools where we spent more time than in the see.

The hotel could have a dedicated "drop in" area with limited time to stop (e.g. 30 minutes) and someone should check it. There was no single parking stop left directly in the front of the hotel and we had to stop literately in front of the doors to the hotel and blocked some people. It was a bit stressful. Apart that everything was great. We would just need a bit older kids. Our kids were 2.5y old and it was still a bit challenging with them.
