We had such a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. My daughter had a birthday while we were there, and when we returned from the beach, we found a delightful surprise waiting for us—a beautiful cake! It really made the day extra special! Our room was spotless and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. The food was delicious, there was plenty of choice, and always fresh fruits. Plus, the beach was just a short walk from the hotel, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand!

The location is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beach, but it's crucial to have a car if you're interested in exploring beyond the area. Additionally, the extra charges for drinks during dinner, despite having half pension, are quite disappointing.

Hotel was nice, room was fine, staff was excelent. I really loves the food, there is a huge variety at the buffet, like for example: janjetina, zubatac, bakalar, dagnje etc.

My only negative impression is the bathroom, where the shower door was old and broken, and there were those black stains in the shower (not due to not cleaning, but because the tiles were really old I guess). In addition to that, the towels were not new and, although clean, some had stains on them. Also, maybe consider there is tons of stairs from the beach to the hotel, so old or unfit people might struggle there...

Hotel has an amazing position on the cliff above the sea. It is refubrished ex Yugoslavian hotel. Room is cosy and bads are comfy. Each day rooms are cleaned nicely. All stuff is super attentove, welcoming and talkative. Major highlight is extended buffet for breakfast and dinner. Variaty of selections which is very tasty and nicely prepared.

Hotel is on thw edge to be outdated. Parking is challanging. Eaither you fight to find your place aside the road or you lay 6eur/day for place , that is not close to the hotle entrance. No sunbads reserved for guests on the beach bellow the hotel. It is paid 5.3 or 4 eur per one piece. Major minus is beach which is cut after 20m with marine full of boats and sea sport activities. Pitty. I find pricies in hotel and 2 near restaurants (owned by hotel chain) super expensive for value. For 270 eur per night would expect to have coffee machine in the room and king bad instead of the merged 2 singles. Small parking in front of hotel entrance make much noise.

Loved staying at this hotel. We got a room with a view towards the sea/beach and we loved our view and the fresh air. The room was very clean, towels and sheets changed regularly, and the staff was very helpful with every question we had. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy. Hotel breakfast has so many choices and everything was very fresh. The hotel itself is just a few steps away from the beach and the coast where you can walk, rent a bike or just swim, it is surrounded by trees/park and quite near the old town. The hotel also assisted us with the day trip booking and other recommendations.

The door in the shower could not always close properly, so the bathroom floor was getting wet often after showering. But it was not a big issue for us.

We came back to this hotel for its perfect location, heavenly beach in front of it, wonderful food and very good spa. The staff is always very friendly and nice. We will come back.

Our A/C in the room it seems that it didn't work properly and it was blowing warm instead of cold air. But it was the last night and we didn't report to the reception. Also, at the breakfast, if you arrive late, some food is already gone and it was not replaced.

Very nice location at the amazing Veli Zal beach in Sunny bay. Beautiful indoor pool and wellness area. Towels and bathrobes are provided and are very soft. Many food options and lovely outdoor seating area at the restaurant.

Most of the serving staff at dinner seems pretty stressed and in a hurry all the time. They also didn't all be aware of the drink options or speak sufficient English. Outdoor pool is quite small, but the indoor pool compensates for this.

I didn’t like that you can’t have one glass of water during dinner time. You pay all that money so you can’t have that, you must order a drink that is fully charged. Last year in a hotel in Krk, during dinner we did have water, juices, beer and even wine that we could drink without any additional charge. It would be considerate if you could have just water people can drink.

Perfect location, but I suggest to get a sea view room, the colors of the sea, pines and sky are something you will never forget. Lots of walking and hiking oportunities around the hotel, our favorite was a morning walk along the beach to Čikat. Excellent for 2-3 days before the main season.

Over the 1st May Festival it was really overcrowded, that was especially noticable during breakfast and dinner.

Great location, amazing staff - everyone was really kind. Food is great, especially dinner. You can rent a bike at the beach just minutes away. Also, wifi is great.

Beach towels replacement is 1.5€ per towel, per replacement.

Perfect location in the midle of pine forest, but on walking distance from town of Mali Losinj. Natural sade. Pleasant climate, beutiful nature surrounding, clean water. Fresh air smell. A lot of paths for walking around. Comfortable room equiped with all necessities, nice balcony and view. Very comfy beds! Blinds to stop morning light to come in to the room. Tasty food. Very polite stuff. Nice swimming pool, clean, filled with sea water. Not to big, but very usefull wellness and SPA.

The only complane is about smoking. Since the smoking is forbiden in inner spaces, some guests smoke on balconies what is unpleasant if the balcony door is open, or you sit on balcony.
