Room ,towel, bed all clean but only got so many ants.. the ants getting around with our foods and drinks.. The pillows are too small and thick and not so comfortable during sleeping time.. its will make our head slip down... There only one TV channel that have audio. There are the issues that should be taking care of..

I like the room size because it is bigger than others hotel room. The water pressure for toilet is so good. The air conditional also very cool. This are the point plus for this hotel.

Hotel Alpha is strategically located in Perda at BM. I stayed for two nights celebrating Christmas with family and friend. The hotel room is clean and equipped with a/c, mini bar, TV, kettle, coffee sachet, mini shower gel, shampoo as complimentary, safe box, writing table and chair, comfortable bed with soft linen towel, clean bathroom with bidet, shower rose and heater. The lobby is very spacious, tidy with nice sofa seat and the air is fresh too. I also took some beautiful Christmas tree photograph at the lobby. The management and staffs always give the best service, have the cutest smile and I'm happy to be part of Hotel Alpha, BM

The hotel and room is clean and tidy. Water pressure was very good. I liked the water dispenser available at every floor. Save energy to boil and save water to drink, reduce single use of plastic bottles and promote green and sustainability.

The front hotel can be improved with good lighting outside the hotel. Make it bright at night like the bank next door. And, repair the drain cover at front of the hotel. Someone coud mis step it and fall into it.

The room suitable for family in this hotel. Had small refrigerator , coway and also surau at beginning to taking the lift. The staff also polite and alert that my brother had left the card appointment at hotel. There are really responsible staff which calling me if I had missed out my brother card appointment. For me it’s valuable for the money to staycation again in this hotel. Thank you hotel alpha 💗 sorry I forget to taking picture the room.

Room is compact. Just nice for a single person. Environment during the night is peaceful and quiet. Nearby food place is accessible and Sunway Carnival Mall is a short distance drive away.

Parking space is not provided by the hotel. There is an open space parking nearby but you will need to pay using an app called Penang Smart Parking with a minimum top up of RM5.

Room is decent and also the area is quite peaceful with parking easily available outside the hotel. The room is basic but equiped with essential necessities. Hairdryers can be requested too.

1. Not sure if it's the same with the other rooms, but for my room, the bathroom water drainage is quite poor, so i will have to slow down my shower water pressure to avoid flooding. 2. Small ant found crawling on the bedside desk and also the closet area. I tried to find the source of where they were coming from but couldn't seem to locate the source. Not big deal, just need to remove the ants with tissue. 3. Floor is quite sticky to step on, luckily i brought my own pair of room slippers. 4. Wifi signal is weak on my laptop from my room, so I used my mobile phone hotspot instead.

The place is good, clean and located near to restaurants and store. Such a pleasant experience and the staff are excellent. They really help and kind. Not to mention that i am a regular to the hotel and staff' s attitude is one of the attractions to for us choosing to stay there.

Dirty bedsheet, poor mobile network coverage for Digi and Celcom telcos, Wi-Fi provided speed not so good, dark public parking only and without hotel security guard day and night, not so conveniently located due to no grocery shop and eatery shop at both sides of hotel, bathroom shower hose small leaking

Cleanliness👍. +Although it's but small but overall worth the price. +lift in the hotel. +Basic toiletries are provided ( shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush toothpaste, comb, towels). +no unpleasant smell although there is no windows. +Water heater & Aircon worked well. +Carpark under gorvenment charges during day time, so it's kinda cheap and definitely enough. +Quiet +We sleep very well. +Friendly staffs 😊
