Staff was wonderful! Starbucks coffee was good when it was available

Coffee bar was not available times stated. When it was available it was good however, a couple of times we had to buy coffee from the bistro because the free coffee bar did not have coffee available. The outside patio with the smoking area and fire pit was very dirty and run down. The cushions (the chairs that had cushions left) were filthy. Not very impressed this stay.

The property was Nice and clean and looked like the pictures.

When i first arrived i had to wait about 15-20 minutes do to a staff member walking out and having to wait on a staff member to clock in. I feel as though in situations like these there should be someone available to step in if situations like this happen. I had a long hot day outside & was already frustrated from The heat. So having to wait an additional 20 minutes did not make me happy at all. &

Excellent property. Staff was professional and accommodating! The bed was comfortable and the facilities were in top tier shape.

The location wasn’t the best, in my opinion. I felt like I had to travel a decent distance for food but the mall was across the street! Also, Booking.com explicitly stated that check out was at noon (12 pm) but upon arrival, the concierge stated it was at 11 am.

I read some reviews that had me on edge but it was a easy check in . The front desk was nice . The room was nice and clean . It’s walking distance to food if you don’t want to eat there.

I liked everything

Arrived here early. Called to see if I could check in when I got here. Was told “yes”.. come in and check in early. Was able to check in at 12 pm. Staff at front desk was VERY nice. Booking had my last name wrong , but he just changed it at the front desk and told me to have a great stay!

Everything was great. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and that it had big shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall in the shower!. The open area of the lobby with a big TV and lounge chairs were a very nice touch and the staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Elevators were slow..lol!

Lobby was very nice and clean. Very welcoming environment. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Has a mall right across the street! A Panera bread right next door and other close by restaurants.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating. The Bistro staff was Top Notch! Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy access to Interstate and surroundings.

All was good except our room did not have a window to the outside. We had large frosted panels with a storage room on the other side. Who does that? Room 101.
