clean room and comfy bed. helpful hotel staffs

unpleasant smell. had to spray air freshener to get rid of the smell. TV channels limited to 5 and tv not working well. aircond a bit noisy, but thankfully was cold enough to sleep.

Location is good, very convenient. Room is big, comfortable.

As my family and I went into the room, there was a kind of stinky smell and we had to open the window for some time. Maybe it should be taken care of next time.

Comfortable bed, very close to Kulim Central where all the shopping needs fulfilled. Two banks are nearby (no ATM in Kulim Central, so it's convenient). You also have 7E that opens 24h downstairs for your midnight cravings.

It doesn't come with a parking space, so you need to buy the parking ticket (the gores and menang one- luckily the counter staff had it, we can just buy from the hotel) to park nearby. Less secure,

clean bedroom,coosy and alot of shop nearby. Good location 😁😃😁

Next time... Have sejadah mat for Islamic guest. Not all will go to surau for pray. Tq

The location is very easy to find and near to shopping mall and banks. The room is just enough space but they provide surau nearby to pray. I will come again on our next vacation.

Something smelly in the toilet...but to sempit untuk solat...sarung bantal mcm xpenah tukar...

Very good stay as for me , as lone girl traveller.. Feel secured as there is a security who guard the hotel.. The best part is that it just a walk away to Kulim central mall, mcdonald, 7e and etc. Just make sure you bought parking ticket when u park there, only rm3/day.
