Location was great. Walking distance to old town. Close to hawker centres. Clean place. Was a big room which was amazing. Filtered water machine outside rooms was convenient. Pool was amazing though their floor tiles were super slippery

Place looked a bit tired. Light switches were confusing re switch to light, and there were lots of lights... wrote to hotel prior to arrival re beds/sofa bed- cot was prepared but sofa bed linen and blanket were not. And not enough towels. Too late in the night to call as we arrived late. Breakfast wasn't too bad but nothing amazing. Confusing for the concierge, hotel rooms and breakfast place to be all in different buildings.

The hotel is new and modern, and everything is very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room (deluxe suite) spacious. Everything we needed was provided. All the staff were very friendly and keen to accommodate any requests. I think that the hotel is a great base for exploring George Town, with the old town, the street art, and many good restaurants within walking distance. There is also a shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, which is convenient. There is an infinity swimming pool on the 14th floor which offers good views of the city.

1) Excellent location. 2) Staff especially front desk are responsive, helpful and courteous. 3) By and large a clean hotel. 4) Razzle Suite is more suitable for adults than families

Although the hotel meets our expectations, the following could be improved: 1) The Master en-suite is a good size bathroom but the second bedroom and bathroom are rather small. 2) There’s no window in the Masterbedroom. 3) More space and hangers in the bedroom and bathroom to hang clothes. 4) Provision of more face and hand towels, toilet rolls, cutlery, bowls and plates would be appreciated. 5) Bathroom mat was forgotten for two days.

Large suite with lots of space. Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Good facilities such as an infinity pool with see-through bottom on on end sitting 14 floors high and a good workout gym. There was also a water purification unit with hot and cold water to refill your water bottles.

At night there is entertainment music playing behind the building from a night-club restaurant that lasts from sun down to about 12 midnight every night, which can be bothersome, as it is heard through the rooms even at high floors.

Excellent staff from reception to the concierge. Location of the hotel was perfect within walking distance to all the eating and sights in Georgetown. Room fittings were new excellent bed and shower.

Location was good . Central of Georgetown, and no issue of moving around, if one doesn't mind walking. The staff was definitely very friendly and helpful. Love the room and also the services provided.

Need to inform ahead those driving to the hotel that the auto parking can't fit certain size vehicles. Have better rain cover for us staying at the block where the suite were, as it was raining and no propeor cover in between the reception area to the lift lobby. I stayed at the Level 3 and the noise from the Noordin Street Food Paradise was disturbing at late night.

Location is amazing, the hotel is right by the road so it seems very safe. We were greeted by staff and all of them were super friendly, which made the experience amazing. The lobby looked really nice with seats for you to wait. Our Classic suite was on the 15th floor. The room is exactly like the photos and is really big for the price we paid, with a whole living room, kitchen and bedroom. Toilet was really clean as well. There is also a water dispenser right outside our room which dispenses different temperature water. The location is amazing as well and is near alot of popular spots like 888 hokkien mee (the oyster omelette there is amazing), Hin Bus Depot, TOP, and 1st avenue mall (there is a supermarket in the basement) for your shopping needs. There is a massage parlour right outside the hotel but we preferred another place a short walk away (Pinang Spa House).

We had to request for induction cooker and plates/utensils, which i thought was quite a hassle. We also had to put a 100 rm deposit for it. It would be great to at least have some plates and utensils in the drawer for us to use without having to request for it.

Loved penang and lived this hotel. We did pay for upgrade but amazing space and facilities. Felt very clean and modern and they even have selection for pillows. The staff were amazing and very helpful and what was so cool was they have a very modern parking system where you pull up your car to a ramp and it parks it automatically in one of the 3 towers. The hotel was close to numerous shops and restaurants and the lobby area looked amazing. We went during Chinese new year and was quite busy but staff always helped.

That we had to request for plates and glasses when they were supposed to already be provided in the room as part of description.

A lovely stay at Luxury Room (only room type with a bathtub). • Welcome basket with some local snacks. • Soft beds and pillows, strong water pressure and plenty of space to open luggage. • Water cooler at all levels. • Helpful and friendly staff. • Free morning shuttle service to popular breakfast spots. Reservations required. • Pool offers a bird’s eye view of the skyline. It’s also beautiful at night. • Centrally located and a short Grab ride away from other attractions or markets.

• Free morning shuttle service took quite long because there were 6 stops on the list, so if you are going 5th or 6th stop, it’s better to take Grab. • Gym is small (has all the essential machines)

No breakfast but there was a shuttle bus each morning that took us to the favourite spots in Penang. Location of hotel was great. Nice bar on the top floor. The Front Office Indian gentleman, did not get his name was very helpful and apologetic. We arrived before check-in time and they stored our luggage for us. We came back after check-in time and our room was still not ready. We waited an extra 10 to 15 mins and then they escorted us to our room and send an amenity with an apology note which was a nice gesture.

As I am Claustrophic, found the bedroom too small but comfortable with a separate living, dining area to spread our luggage. Bathroom grouting should not be ignored, so more of a maintenance issue but otherwise clean bathroom.
