Near the city center. Walking distance to a mall

The tv was very old and unable to watch anything since is only showing black and white color and many snowflakes. WiFi was slower than my own internet data.the toilet flush button was not functioning very good as once press water non stop flowing out due to it got stuck and has to press the top of the button again so it will stop.

Location, to engage Grab services. There seems to be some confusion pertaining to the pick up point. My last stay there I booked a Grab car from the lobby and the car waited for me in front of St Giles lobby. I called him he said he has arrived, I walked out and I dont see his car. He cancelled my booking and noted as No Show and Grab fined me RM3.00 for not showing up. I am sure I am not the only one with this problem. Rm3 is not a big deal, but then .... Grab is accusing me of No Show and that this can be difficult for me to book Grab in the future.

I like the location, i like the surrounding environment which now looks respectable. The room is adequate for my stay. I like working hot showers and good, clean toilet amenities so please prioritise them always. Free wifi is useful. I have stayed here 3X this year !!

I was wondering if there could be more sitting areas outside or near the entrance. Sometimes when you wait for Grab, the inside can be full.

Very central location , ease of pick-up and drop-off ( on the St Giles hotel side) , stone throw away from Penang famous eateries , convenient shops

Entrance on CITITEL lobby side not prominent , narrow lobby , narrow room , pick-up and drop-off from this side is inconvenient . Road leading to this lobby is one-way - hence transportation need to make a big round to re -approach this lobby

Staff was friendly, especially Megha at the St. Giles Coffee House for breakfast. Likewise for housekeeping and laundry staff. Everything in the room works perfectly. Automated car park entry / exit was a breeze.

Maybe the size of the room is quite small and needs better soundproofing. Next door guests' extracurricular activities can be heard quite clearly.

The location of the hotel is near to many eateries as well as durian establishments. It also helps that the mall is nearby, walking distance. Taking Grab from the hotel is also convenient as the driver can drive up to the lobby while we wait inside the lobby.

Rooms can be abit compact.

- Price: Okayla ~ - Receptionist/Hotel Staff: Good! - Location: Easy to be reached. - Parking is convenience, just bring your parking tix to the receptionist. - I read a notice on a door, if check-in after 9pm, need to get in the hotel using the other hotel's entrance. - Room is nice but a lil small, bed is comfy, tv was functioning well (but aircond's temperature took some times to be cool). Overall, okay. Thanks for the stay!

The staff was really nice! Everyone! And since you enter in, there is a good smell spreading in the air. The room, the toilet, the towels were all clean. You can also leave your luggage after your check-out and come back later if you want to visit something else in the city.

It's better to take the grab car to go to the city center if you don't want to walk.

Great location, walking distance to lots of popular food spots and cafes. Staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to needs. Rooms were clean and comfy even though there were signs of age (ripped curtain or carpet corners).

The walls are a bit thin, so you'll hear guests from neighbouring rooms or housekeeping, if they're in the corridor.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested early check in and the hotel staff were able to help me to the request. The location is good. It is a quiet environment yet very accessible to most of the attractions and eating places.
