It's a decent stay for a weekend trip. Pretty clean. Do note there are stairs so you have to climb but it wasn't so bad at all. We chose this place cos we were bar hopping all trip so we wanted to be nearby to them. Water pressure were great, I had a good shower, towels have seen better days but it wasn't dirty. Rooms are cosy but we had 2 medium backpacks so it was okay for us. I'd stay again for the price and area but nothing beyond 2 nights for comfort reasons.

The walls are pretty thin so if you're a light sleeper that would be a problem.

1. Friendly & helpful staffs. The guy help us carry our luggage up the stairs. Thank you 🥰 2. Hotel provides bicycle so you can cycle anytime for free. 3. The location is PERFECT. 4. CLEAN because there is a no shoe policy inside the hotel. 5. Reasonable price. 6. Cute white building definitely instagram worthyyy.

1. Next to a food truck place with a live band every night (loud noises of people singing, starts at around 6pm) 2. Room with a balcony but the view is the food truck's tent. 3. Limited parking but it's Penang so.. 4. Bedside plug cannot use (Room W9)

The room is small but cozy. Myself and my significant other had a good stay throughout our 3 days in Penang. Housekeeping is decent, available even on Sundays. Our room and the public areas of the hotel is exceptionally clean.

If you are driving here, parking is bad in the area. I would suggest park at the paid open car park near Cititel express Penang, unless you want to try your luck parking near the hotel (only able to park near the hotel once during the check-in day).

the concept is marvellous. i love the arrangements in the room. toilet is nice. nice staff as well. the decor in the hallways also pretty decent. good spot for those who enjoy taking pictures. room is a bit smaller compared with the pictures but its okay. booked a room with a balcony. just a small balcony no chairs and table provided facing buildings. attractions are near to this building.

have to take off our shoes i mean thats very leceh🤣 limited parking its quite hard to park so goodluck lah. it would be nice to provide extra pillow instead of 2. soundproof not really good can still hear people chatting and walking upstairs.

Location: very close to all the famous restaurants that you should try and not directly on the main road which is an added bonus Cleanliness: As the hotel practice no shoes when entering the rooms area, the floor is clean. Facilities: The iron and ironboard, water dispenser provided in the hallway. Very convenient.

No parking on site. You have to park at the public parking box near the hotel.

the location is ok, within town area but yet away from the main road which is great and quiet

the renovation ongoing beside the hotel is really an eyesore in case you got the room facing the renovation building

-staff not really friendly.keep speaking in Chinese Language with each other infront of me during my check in.to me,that is not proper at all. -didnt expect the room was that small.yep.the room i got is super small.not space to move around at all.in picture looks just nice.hmm i nearly have to pray on the bed but then i manage to move some things around to make a tiny space that just enuf for me to pray.the room is so small,my luggage need to be under the dressing table. -room not soundproof at all
