It is a comfortable, clean hotel in a location close to all amenities and to the Komtar. The security is good. My room was spacious, the bathroom suite was new and clean, the water pressure and hot water were very good. The rooms were cleaned daily. There is a lift to the upper floors. It is good value for money.

The entrance to the hotel and the stairs look run down and give a bad first impression. However, the hotel inside is well kept, although some areas may benefit from a lick of paint. Due to poor soundproofing, noise travels from other rooms and from the corridor. Especially, it became very noisy at the weekend.

1.Simple room. 2.Close to place of interest. 3.Easy access to food/stores. 4.Interesting decor in foyer. 5.Aircond is very cold - excellent! 6.Unique bathroom mirror and toilet roll dispenser.

Room 503 1.Room floor was NOT PROPERLY CLEANED!! Hair around the room, curry stains on the side of the dustbin, on the floor and wall under the dressing table. Old grime stuck on floor. 2.Toilet glass wall, sink area had watermark of splashes from use by previous guests. 3.SHOWER CURTAIN STINKS!!! I had to buy Magiclean Mould Remover spray from Gama Supermarket to get rid of the brown stains n the smell coming from it! 4.Tiles on wall of shower stall has brown stains. 5.Room/Property Access key has Hotel name as well as room number on it. This is a security risk because if a guest misplaces/drops the card, anyone who finds/picks it up will be able to enter the property as well as the room. Please DO NOT PRINT room number on access card!

My favorite thing was probably how cozy and spacious my room was. I'm a budget traveler and I already had experiences with tiny rooms at the same price I paid in this hotel. I liked the blue led lights hahaha and the hotel having a large lounge and play pen for kids. There's also a designated smoking area (although i dont smoke) but i like how they've thought of it. there'sa chinese and indian restaurant nearby, and just within walking distance to most spots. Would definitely stay here again the next time.

Excellent hotel. As a family travelling in Georgetown, I can not imagine a better on a budget accommodation. Our girl loved the play area and the (warning very hot tub), the view from the roof top is amazing at sunset and sunrise. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the shower is amazing, both hot and cold, I needed the cold due to the March heatwave. Great location near The Top and shopping centres. I also recommend Antarctic Snow World for a few hours out. We love WOW and Georgetown.

Property was in a very good location for penang, right in the centre of Georgetown. And for the price and location, this hotel is a steal.

Property might be better for travellers on a budget or backpacking trips, room is quite small, and a little bit rundown. They didn’t give enough hand soap, toilet paper and pillows. Basic amenities were not provided. But then again, for the price, this hotel is quite good.

It had most things it promised. It was in a great location. Short walk or grab to the old town. The bed was comfortable which is number one thing to get right.

The hotel almost cancelled my booking when I didn't respond to a message on the app when I had already told them my arrival time. When I phoned they were able to rectify this quickly. Water/hot drink bar wasn't set up as in the lobby pictures.

Water pressure was good. Room cleanliness is fine. Room wise meeting my expectations.

The photo on booking.com was probably taken when hotel started operation. Common area are not that clean. Price on booking.com was indicated around rm1k if i m not mistaken and cut down to rm340 giving impression that I had a good deal. However, walk in price seems to be less than rm300..rooftop cafe was fine but outside with a small tent does not look impressive compared to photo..

The water pressure for your toilets can be stronger. very hard to flush the toilet after doing a big dump.

Super comfy bed just like any other hotel. Staff clean rooms on daily basis if guests leave the indicator on. Privacy respected at all times. Walking distance to the many malls of Komtar area, also, plenty eateries nearby. Simply impossible to get lost.

WiFi connection kept dropping. WiFi is structured based on every floor, and the connection drop is inconsistent. Alternatively, you can choose another floor WiFi as a quick workaround. Nothing else is a downer.

I like the hotel lobby very comfortable, just only no fan located there, when sitting the area, coz didn't feel the air-cond, feeling a bit stifling hot. Just put a little cute fan also will add point. And roof area got a nice cafe place.

My room located at the corner which outsite car sound heard very clear, very disturbing when sleeping at night, make me cannot sleep at all. Can do soundproofing. Another problem is the water heater, when entering room open water heater around 1hour plus, the water come out some of it hot, aftertat the water come out not too hot already. You may give a instruction for client like water heater open for how long then use can add point for client to like the services given. Nt client to feel uncomfortable only explain aftertat.
