Free parking, location is strategic, air cond is cold, room is clean, water pressure is good, staff are friendly and helpful, good security features, quiet environment, car washing facility,

bath towel looks inferior, toilet floor collects water (section infront of WC bowl) can't remember the room no., no refrigerator

Near to Newlane street. Room seem clean & got 2 big mirror Got parking place but limited lot, luckily we still got the parking lot. Aircond cold, no hair dryer in room. Using water heater centralize system.

-Only have 2 pillow, not 4.. -toilet light bulb too bright & easily wake when your partner open light go toilet

no mineral water in the room. hotel provide water dispenser near reception (at 1st floor) but after midnite till 7.30am the door lock and nobody standby there, if your room not at 1st floor

Friendly and attentive staff, clean hotel and room, spacaious for family, view infront of komtar, the lift can only be accesed through rokm access card which is safe for ppl who are staying here

Got no kettle to boil water, and no iron. Thats the only downside of this hotel

We had a family room. It is big and clean and the beds are comfortable.

The air-con was not working but when we told the receptionist, a technician came asap and rectify it.

Staff are helpful. Location is near my course been held. The room was clean as what i expected. Good value for money.

Maybe can improved by added toiletries and also mineral water..

i like about the location of the hotel. it is at the centre of the town..it is near to all exciting attractions that Georgetown can offer and also it is because near ti airport..only 30 mins away from the hotel

i didnt like about the bathroom of the hotel..not so clean and the shower section got no cover that it will wet the whole bathroom

(Some) front desk staff need much improvement for a professional attitude seriously, it’s not that hard.

The water pressure inside the bathroom is very strong. Its really good when you taking a shower. The location right middle of the city and close to Komtar.

First, no plug point near the bed. The only one they had is right on the table, which is far from the bed. No kettle inside the room, which I have to go down to get the hot water. For the price I think can get other hotel with better amenities but since other hotel was sold out on that night so I just settle with it.
