Rooms are very well up to date, not dingy and old like you might expect from a budget accommodation. Good bathroom. Rooms feel very secure, with good key cards and both exterior and interior doors for convenience. Staff friendly and helpful. Pet friendly (is the upcharge really necessary?) WiFi is good, which is fortunate (see negatives)

Breakfast was very basic—no eggs, sausage or even bagels. I never did get the TV working—got the impression the desk clerk spends a lot of time doing the tech support on that for guests, but I didn’t want to bother her, just used my iPad. They should have a printed booklet advising where to get food, drink, live music etc in Fredericton—and how to make the TV connect.

My friend and I were pleasantly surprised, the room was a good size, the beds were very comfy, the staff were pleasant, and we enjoyed a little breakfast before we left and it was nice that breakfast was until 10 am and not 9 like a lot of other places, our only complaint would be that they needed to dust the higher up things like the ceiling fan, I don't want to turn on the fan and have dust flying around the room but that's it, it was a great experience and I only paid $100 for the night

The location is amazing - close to things you may need during your stay. I was amazed at the heated and special lighting mirror in the restroom - made getting ready to perform that much better having makeup on point!

I liked the touch of the muffins available during breakfast now, but maybe something with more hot options? Even if it's something like eggs or waffles, hashbrowns, etc.

I'm myself is GF intolorent.& is sensitive to milk . So I bring my own individuel small bottle of oat milk or almond milk to have with your cereal. You had cornflakes I think that day. You could also have cheerios, GF. It's actualy made with oats.

Our room was very nice & quite clean. Could use a little cleaner baseboard. But more importantly next to the bed a very small night table would be appreciated. On the right hand side there is none. Too small of a spot i imagine. But i take the blue recycle pail & turn it upside down.

Breakfast was so convenient to have on site and it was great. Also the location was excellent, so close to the Big Stop we could walk there for our supper. Also we went to Kings Landing which was the main reason why we chose your establishment.

m-m-m... I really have no bad reviews. The staff made us feel very welcome, we were conveniently located to the main highway, the price was very reasonable. Breakfast as I mentioned earlier was so nice to have on site.

This hotel is one we'd driven past many times but hadn't stayed there. This time, we "took a chance" on it and are so glad that we did! The ability to park right in front of the door is always a winner with us. And the room was as good as any of the higher priced motels around Fredericton. Very clean room, comfortable bed and a great shower. There was a large flatscreen tv on the wall, a microwave and small refrigerator. Outside, many chairs were placed in front of the rooms for all to enjoy the fresh air. For us, being near winter, we didn't use them, but it was nice to see them there. And there is a good breakfast area with tables and chairs that anyone could avail themselves of at any time to eat at or play cards or whatever.

Clean. Reasonable price. Close to stores. No wild parties at night or load noises within the motel.

We use a white noise machine when we travel to block out loud noises. The motel is near the Trans Canada Highway and a busy highway off ramp which made the white noise a wise choice .

Excellent location and easy access off TCH outside Fredericton. Room was convenient, cool and clean. No issues, quiet and peaxcefull. Room had a small firdge that was utilized. Bathroom clean and functioning as required.

Limited space between foot of bed and furniture. Nothing significant.

Location just off the highway was perfect for an overnight stay. It was very quiet. Very nice bathroom.

The chair in the room was torn and so old that it detracted from the overall upkeep of the room.

Clean, comfortable and convenient as the Blue Canoe Restaurant and Lincoln Big Stop was just a stones throw away. Easy on off from the Trans. Canada Highway. This was our second time staying here and we were not disappointed.
