Arrived late and desk was busy but expedited our check in . Got an upgraded larger room . New TV was on the fritz and manager came up and rectified within 15 minutes . Left my cold storage insulin canister in fridge upon departure called hotel and housekeeping manager Cassandra? , located it ; refrigerating it for me until ready for pick up on our return trip . Above and beyond for solving what could have been a costly mistake . Grateful . Good people .

I liked the location. It is located right off the highway. Also, we walked to eat dinner at Cracker Barrel. The reception was welcoming. Alyssa was very helpful at the front desk. The free breakfast was amazing! There was a big variety of food from oatmeal to sausage and eggs. The breakfast staff was so cheerful and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very soft.

The bathroom tub/ shower seemed dated but fine. No complaints really. I was satisfied with my one night stay.

The breakfast offering were exceptional. In particular the breakfast cereals were very good, hot, and there was always plenty. More importantly, the staff were delightful, and helpful. Thank you.

Bed was so comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was really. But, best of all were the staff the people at the breakfast were so friendly and cleaning staff and front desk. My family really enjoyed our stay.

There were 3 differnt vehicles in the parking lot with boats and trailers attached and took up all spaces. They need to have a separate parking place

We arrived past midnight with a sleeping toddler after a long drive. Check in was fast and easy and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was good - lots of options (waffles, toast, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, biscuits and gravy etc). It's in a really convenient location right off I95 and we'd definitely stay here again on future road trips. It's obviously not a 5* hotel, but it's great for a quick stop over and the price.

Breakfast was good. Fresh coffee anytime. Good eggs and juice.

The shower in my room didn't work. Fortunately I tried to shower that evening and discovered the problem. They were unable to repair the shower but they moved me next door right away. Had I waited until the morning to discover the problem it would have been much worse. I will now check showers before I settle in.

Have stayed at this hotel before. Staff is very friendly. Liked the quietness of the room and the helpfulness of the staff at breakfast.

Couldn't get the tv to work, but I wasn't concerned enough to let staff know. Figured the problem was with me. :-)

The breakfast was very good, and more important, the coffee was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to restaurants.

The carpet in the room had a big buckle where it had stretched. Maybe some new carpeting.

The kids loved the size and did cart wheels. In the girl's room with the grandma, the 2 queen bed and with the sofa couch in room. My room was comfortable and decent for me, my 2 boys to sleep in the same bed as me in a king size. My boys are 12 and 9. My sister was comfortable in her sofa bed, and everything was ready for our arrival of at least 40 min. Their pool was ready and available. And breakfast was delicious.

What was there not to like. Everything was as I wanted. No complains.

We have never met such friendly staff , Harold checked us in and he was so sincerely nice and welcoming. Every staff member across the hotel were exceptionally nice and great at their job . Breakfast was fantastic and we loved the pool . Beds so comfy too !

The interior of the hotel/rooms doesnt match up with how wonderful the staff are . The decor is tired and old fashioned . Rooms were very hot even with AC( really noisy AC)
