The beds were really comfortable. The room itself was a bit small especially with all the stools, table, etc, however, the room was decorated really nicely. The amenities were great and there was a private bath in each room. The breakfast buffet was great!

The public bath was in the basement of the other hotel and it was a bit dingy going down the stairs. It also wasn't that great. The pool was a bit murky with a few bugs. Our rooms did have a few things that did not work but the front desk helped us very quickly.

Their skyline spring view on the top of the building, especially the night. You could also use both SPA and spring at the same time. Besides that, each customer stays at this hotel has the right to use spring at Justsleep. Yes, that is special service to let customer enjoy two-hotel spring exactly. They also offer the movie and lounge for guest’s relax time. About their breakfast, it makes me so impressed because they co-work with the famous Vegan restaurant: Little Tree Food. This restaurant provides some good food like Buddha Bowl, the great detox juice, Acai Bowl and worm autumn bowl. Awesome!

Amazing facilities, we were welcomed by free snacks and drinks, which is also happy hour. Surprisingly, their snacks tasted really good. All the staff were really nice and friendly, making sure we feel comfortable and well. Our family had a great time here, highly recommend for a short gateaway from a busy city as their room has private hot tub, as well as hot springs on the rooftop.

Good facility with roof-top swimming pool and hot spring pool, which both requires swimming suit. They also have hot spring pool requiring naked in B2 that is sharing with neighbor hotel Just Sleep. Snack and beverages are free in the afternoon and they also provided happy hour for alcohol. In-room hot spring tub is fantastic, which is open air and located on balcony with privacy screens. The layout of room is well designed, which has shower room connected to balcony, and a movable divider between beds and living area. Free coke, water and some other beverages with facial masks are provided in fridge. Breakfast was awesome with all different options.

We booked very last minute due to change of plans and we were so delighted we chose this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was a great surprise. We loved the outdoor rooftop hot spring pool and really felt so relaxed after a hectic couple of days. Another nice offering was the free happy hour wine at 6pm. The staff were so friendly and so much choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend...

The room is bigger than I expected! we were staying for 2 nights was great with many things to do in the hotel and surroundings. especially the spring bath experience. the staff is friendly. By car, there is basement parking but always full. they also allow you to park at another property without charges. love all the hotel detail and was super comfortable to stay. Thank you

Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi is very conveniently located and the shuttle service from the bus terminal really helped us! Morning breakfast had a decent selection and the room was very comfortable. As we came during the school vacation, the swimming pool was occupied by children playing so we couldn't quite use the pool but that was ok.

The family room is spacious, cozy and super clean. Staff are very friendly. In-room onsen bath is the most enjoyable moment during my stay.

We stayed on the 9th floor. Possibly because it is close to the hotpot restaurant on the 11th floor, we encountered a very strong smell of hotpot meal while entering the room in the evening. The smell was gone late at night. .

Good Breakfast, Nice room layout, spacious and good location to all attraction site. We've enjoyed our stay and the daily happy hour drinks at 17:00.

Room was spacious for 3 pax. In room hot spring bath. Has a sofa area, which is separated by a sliding door from the beds. Complimentary mini bar. Happy hours in the evening with wine. Able to use the facilities at their sister hotel, Just sleep. Staff was attentive and helpful.
