Good location, a very spacious hotel, and a very responsive staff. Very clean garage right under the hotel, easy instructions to change eclectic car. I loved mandarin snacks. Dinner was great.

Breakfast was very poor, with limited selections. All the cheeses were gone. They mostly had carbs - breads and sweets. One lady pointed to empty trays, and the weightier brought some cheese only to her table. Only when I was leaving, they brought some more. I was very surprised by the poor breakfast in Spain for which I had to pay extra.

The hotel is close to the railway station, that's why we chose it, anyway we booked this hotel for one night because it was close to Castellon Aiport in Valencia area. It also has a parking area, checkin and checkout really simple

It has a kitchinette that is not equipped at all, not a single fork or knife, it's just in the pictures and it has no use. The room was clean but the furniture is outdated, and compared to Valencia this hotel was more expensive and the town is not nearly as touristic as Valencia. I was expecting at least the possibility to serve a coffee in the room, but it has no coffee machine, and to be able to heat some water we had to use the microwave. Also we paid for 4 people but we had two cups only. We left early in the morning so we did not have the chance to serve breakfast or any other meal. The sofa was not that confortable.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the air con worked great. The staff were also extremely helpful and very welcoming. We travelled in a group, and were given rooms directly opposite each other which we really appreciated too. The hotel is very close to the train and coach station which is really convenient, and it didn’t cause any disruption, the roads were still very calm when we were there despite there being a festival on nearby.

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was booked out so it might be advisable to book in advance. The staff were professional and helpful and conscious of dietary requirements. The choice of the decor is modern and the ambience delightful. The rooms are spacious. Parking facilities are excellent and  access is easy. The location of the hotel is superb as it is only a short walking distance to the city centre. We really look forward to another stay in this hotel.

I liked the view, the size of the room, the breakfast options and the communal areas. Everything was clean and in good condition. The bathroom was a good size and the shower options were good too. Location perfect for the station but also the centre and parks/restaurants without being noisy.

Only one negative. Toilet paper could have been better quality/softer.

The location was literally across the street from the train and bus station. Very handy for arriving or leaving in this regard. A city bus service is also close by that will take you further in to town or to the beach if you need. Great breakfast selection.

Lighting in the room could have been better.

It is a very clean, nice hotel, with comfortable beds and nice rooms. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially Renata, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. For us, it was a great place to stay for the night. Also, the food at the hotel, while on the expensive side, was very good.

Great location just across from the station. Very clean throughout, comfortable beds. Our room was large with a large bathroom with a double sink. Polite staff.

Modern hotel. Large comfortable rooms Spacious bathroom with shower gel, toothbrush kit, shaving kit etc Great air conditioning Private Garage parking under the hotel Bar and restaurant on site. Wonderful buffet breakfast. 2 min walk to the city tram that takes you into town/ beach for 1.05 euro. Lots of bars and restaurants close by, we found a great Tapas bar called Tasca Dairo about a 7 minute walk away. You can cancel your daily room cleaning and get money off from bar / restaurant purchases. Would stay here again.

No kettle or drink making facilities in the room. Kettle provided on request. As this was a junior executive suite with a microwave, it would have seemed appropriate to provide some plates, more glasses and cups.
