My stay at Vouk Hotel in Bali was truly an exceptional experience. Located in Nusa Dua, the hotel offers a serene and family-friendly environment that made our 6-night vacation unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and professional hospitality of the entire staff—not just at the reception, but everywhere throughout the hotel. The staff members, whether in the restaurant, spa, or even the cleaning crew, were always respectful, smiling, and eager to assist, making us feel genuinely welcome and valued. The Balinese massage at the spa was a highlight, providing a deeply relaxing experience that left us feeling refreshed and cared for. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Vouk Hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to Geger Beach and Bali Collection. Geger Beach is just a short ride away and is a perfect spot for relaxation, with its clean sands and peaceful atmosphere, far from the usual tourist crowds. Overall, the combination of attentive service, excellent facilities, and a family-oriented location makes Vouk Hotel an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Bali. We highly recommend it for a memorable and delightful stay.

Everything for us was perfect

Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in general beautiful. It was amazing sitting in the balcony, too.

The balcony was nice, but they are old and they need renovation. The pool bar was not working most of the time during our stay. The spa team has not enough members (even on August which is high season) and we couldn't use this facility without booking, so we didn't use it at all and we went for spa facilities in another place. If you want to eat breakfast with various choices, you should wake up early, otherwise most of the european breakfast choices will be missing.

Hotel is good and staff are amazing, helpful and always smiling

Distance from the beach is not comfortable, which makes you be depended on the schedule of shuttle service

The breakfast was absolutely perfect: a wide selection of all kinds of food, vegetarians also can choose from many options, there is a separate Chinese soup corner for Chinese guests. The staff was kind and helpful, they always smiled when we met, it was a particularly nice gesture. Overall the hotel looked good, the swimming pool also provided an impressive sight, although we did not try it out.

Unfortunately the terrace of our room was not really usable for several reasons: - the view was not very nice, so it was not such a great experience to go out. The other was that there was a warning paper on the door to beware of monkey attacks in the balcony, after which I didn't really feel like being outside. Also unfortunately the terrace was in a very bad condition, the railings were rusty which doesn't really fit for an 5 star hotel.

My room was pleasant, spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Good value for the money to stay in Nusa Dua area.

The walk from parking area to the hotel rooms can be improved. The connecting door sometimes were closed, which made it inconvenient. I hope they have better solution in future. There is long stairs to go to lobby area and you need to walk quite a bit to get to the rooms.

A very nice hotel located in a quite place. It is modern, huge, with a nice terrace and swimming/splash pool as well. The staff is kind and professional, able to speak a very good English. My room was big and clean, and the wi-fi seems to function properly. My bed was very comfortable, it's a relaxing place for sure.

If I should improve something, this is the breakfast. For who usually eats salty things should be fine but, it is a little bit lacking in terms of "sweeties". The pastry were not fresh and there are not so many options.

The bed and pillow were the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. The room itself was clean, and the layout was really great. We watched the black squirrels jumping around the trees from our balcony. It was really lovely.

I stayed here for one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The place, facilities, and location are all amazing. What I liked most was the outstanding service. Of all the places I've stayed in Bali, this hotel has the best service👍👍
