The hotel is very elegant, both inside and out. I was welcomed by a polite receptionist who answered all my questions. The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the sea. There are several restaurants and shops nearby, and there's also a vending machine with snacks and drinks in the lobby, which is very convenient. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. The toiletries in the bathroom had a very pleasant scent.

Unfortunately, noise was noticeable from several directions, footsteps from the room above, sounds from the hallway when other guests were heading to breakfast, and noise from the street, especially trams, which could be heard even with the windows closed. The elevator is quite small, so it might be a bit challenging for someone with larger luggage. In the superior room, a pair of slippers and a bathrobe would have been a nice touch. Having a staff member available at night would also add to the feeling of comfort and security, even one person on duty would make a difference.

Excellent location and hotel. The beach was within 100 meters from the hotel doors. Friendly staff, clean and tidy with separate children's sleeping area. Lovely decor, quiet and large bed. A warm welcome on arrival.

Would of preferred a kettle in the room, other than just a coffee machine. Would like somewhere to sit and relax for an evening drink in the hotel reception rooms to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Fridge on site but was not very cold. Parking can be very limited on the main roads only. But was free between 6pm-10am- if you can find a space.

I went with my daughter so requested rooms nearby. We got rooms next to each other which was perfect. We were in the new extension and the rooms are simply stunning, large, bright, air conditioned, coffee machines in situ and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is stunning, the shower pressure was excellent and the water hot. With such a high standard on everything, my only wish is that I'd had breakfast :) Sorry no photos, we were on a shopping expedition to the patisseries and chocolate shops.

The parking drop off point outside the hotel was occupied for a long time by workmen's vans, I did think it should be kept free for customers.

4th floor room with a balcony and views down the road opposite of the gorgeous sandy beach. Good mix of modern and old throughout. Loved the touches like a chaise longue in the landing area. Location was perfect for a late crossing Dover to Dunkirk then across the border to De Panne ready for the next day into Germany. Parking was easy as it was free from early evening until after checkout time the next day. Very nice "local" bar next door with seating out front to acclimatise to holiday time.

Nothing comes to mind.

We only stayed here over night during our travel from Prague to London and o am glad I did pick this hotel and this location because it is impressive. Price is lower due to end of season and even town looked little bit empty but I loved it. I could’ve seen see from balcony. Room was excellent! Great, modern, spacious. Comfy bed. Coffee machine. Massive plus is they accept dogs (€15)

I haven’t tried breakfast so I can’t pick even one bad thing about this place. Easy 10/10

Very centrally located and just a few meters from the beach and the tram stop "De Panne Centrum". I took the train till De Panne Station and then the Kusttram which is a 10 to 15-minute ride. The breakfast was delicious and the room and bed very comfortable. I was lucky and had a free room upgrade (room with garden view). The front rooms are probably much noisier as they face the busy road. I also loved the little coffee machine in the room ... I know, these capsules are not very sustainable, but I enjoyed having a first cup of coffee before going down to the breakfast room.

It is totally exaggerated to change towels every day. Why don't they leave a note asking guests to decide themselves? At home I don't change towels every day either.

The location of the hotel is perfect, nestled between a beautiful stretch of beach and the main street for shopping and dining. What made this one-night stay particularly memorable from an accommodation point of view is the attentiveness of the staff. For example, when we asked for an extra pillow before going out for dinner, one was delivered upon our return - clean, fresh and warm, direct from the laundry.

We regret not having breakfast at the hotel, thinking there would be plenty of cafés in the vicinity. The only one open at 9 am was ridiculously expensive for poor quality fare.

The Hotel is one street away from the beach and from our room we had direct view to the sea. The room was fine in size and equipped with a Nespresso machine where the capsuletes where refilled evry day. We received a small present of belgian choclette. The shopping streets are nearby and two cocktails bars nearby. Some restaurants are on the sea side. The french border is a 5 min ride away.

Like always where is light there is dark, too. There is a tram which s crossing direct in front of the hotel and creates some noise in the evening and in the morning. There is no free parking near to the hotel and due to beach direct parking at the hotel can get very expensive. At least during our stay there was free parking in a central parking lot approx 1 km away

Great location just across the road from the beach

The parking on the weekend was almost impossible, I had to park 20 minutes walk away, although we were told that we could pull up outside the hotel and take our luggage out and leave it there, after driving round for half an hour, the same three cars were sitting outside the hotel , eventually, we just had to pull up and stop traffic to leave our bags.

Central location, close to the beach, clean. Superb breakfast. Earlier check-in, highly appreciated! Very clean facilities. The kids play room is well done, suitable for all ages.

The general cleaning rythm: at 16:00 h our room was not made ( towels, toilet paper, bin, beds etc), despite of the fact that we left the room around 10:00h in the morning with the green sign on the door.
