Very Clean and cosy Hotel area and room. The bar and restaurant service and quality of food and drinks were very good. there are Billiard Table, Table Football and Dart to play in lobby which made our stay at hotel very joyful and pleasant. Beds are very comfortable. our room had a small balcony which we liked a lot. The bathroom very clean. there ios no water boiler in room, but if you ask reception they will provide one device to you.

The staff were not super welcoming and friendly. Our feeling was that they are just doing their job without loving it. But restaurant staff were more friendly. we also did not have our breakfast at hotel, because we found it very expensive. We also paid 15 euros for 2 nights stay to park our car, which was unexpected.

The location is quiet and has a very nice view over the forested mountains. Plenty of parking available for cars. Staff are friendly and can point you to some interesting local sights and give you some general advice. I didn't speak English with them, so I can't comment on this aspect. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and come equipped with everything you need for a short stay.

The location, though lovely, is quite far from Eisenach city centre. There is a bus that will taken you there, but I have no idea how frequently it runs - I never saw it once in my stay, so car is really your only option here. The meal / drinks prices are quite on the high side, especially of a town of this size, in this part of Germany.

Overnight stay and everything was excellent. Impressive hotel with massive bed in big modern room, super clean shower with a bath, amazing games area, pool table, sauna, gym. Booked with breakfast and so pleased we did as such a range of hot & cold, pastries and so much more. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. My wife and I have stayed in a lot of places this year but hardly any as good as this. Quite amazed and would reccommend. We even signed up to be a pentahotel 'friend' so got their 10% off dinner, which was good too!

The lobby area is very spacious and cozy, the beds and pillows very comfortable, the view is really nice with the terrace too, the food was good.

The only things we would complain about was the about 20 people just in the entrance smoking and letting all the smoke go inside the restaurant and rooms, as well as people taking two parking spots and driving very fast in the parking lot where there is no place for walking, and when complaining to the hotel about it nothing was done.

There was a mouse that suddenly showed upat the restaurant really late? I think it came from the ouside.. No phones available at the rooms which as an international traveller i find it difficult

I booked this hotel while I was travelling and needed a hotel to spend the night. Through Booking, that was listed as one of the closest ones and the reviews were positive. It turned out to be a nice big hotel with a nice reception area, bar and room. It was a good value for money.

The hotel room was big, clean and well equipped! We came with a dog and in the room two bowls, a blanket and a treat waited for us! Huge and lovely surprise! The breakfast was superior and the stay was just wonderful! Huge recommendation, we will definitely come back to the hotel chain!

Good food, especially burgers. Solid place, just stayed there for a night. Free parking and free crib is a plus.

No fridge in the room. Little pricey for all food and coffee, i paid 6 euro for a coffee...

Huge beds! we were travelling with a baby and didn’t requested baby bed because we’re cosleeping but they prepared extra bed which was great to put next to a normal bed just for extra space for safety. I loved it! our bed turned out enormously big!

Very clean in general but bathroom had some hair around the shower which indicated not paying attention to the details while cleaning.

Located outside town on the quiet side of Eisenach. Great views through the window. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, staff at reception was kind and funny.

No iron in the bedroom.
