Located in a green area, close to three supermarkets and with good access to town, this hotel is an excellent location for anybody who is travelling for business. Breakfast is simple (thee, coffee, bread, cereals, fruit and eggs) but suffices. One can enjoy one's meal on the terrace next to the pool. WiFi in the room and pool area was good for email and browsing. And there was a desk in the room to work at. The pool is open all day, it is clean, and its size big enough to do some exercise.

Better lighting at the desk. It is unfortunate that they no longer serve dinner on the premises.

The swimming pool has an immediate drop without warning as soon as you enter into it. I completely lost my balance and my mother had to help pull me up otherwise I would have panicked because the water levels reached my neck and that's scary for me. Please put signs about the depth of the swimming pool because most swimming pools start off at 2 feet deep and gradually increases in depth but this swimming pool starts off almost immediately at 4feet if I am not mistaken and that was scary for someone who is afraid of the deep and can't swim.

The area it is in is very spacious and green. Even though it wasn't in the city center it has a really pleasant appeal to it. The staff was very friendly and extremely kind and considerate. They really made me feel.at home and this for me personally was most important. Besides that, the room, the pool, the general atmosphere was just really pleasant.

I thought the breakfast really dampened the quality of the entire hotel, which is a pity. It was really not to the general high standard that the hotel possessed. I'm positive with a little insight and effort this could be improved.

When I had an issue the staff was immediately accommodating. Very polite and professional. The room was average, but the staff from the (front desk to the parking lot security) provided a great experience.

The pool was not really that clean - but we did have a few downpours that caused stuff to run into the pool, so it is understandable.

The most helpful and friendly staff !! Location is everything to me. I walked to see my family and center of Port of Spain. Room extremely clean and overlooking the pool. I felt like I was in a mansion.

Breakfast was extremely limited ! If you are looking for a hardy breakfast this is not the spot for you. Pool need needed to be cleaned however it was not disgusting.

I liked the courteous house keeping staff, the accommodating kitchen staff for me as a vegan and the front desk personnel were polite.

I didn't like that as a guest I wasn't informed of the event with loud music that took place during my stay. I wasn't told upfront what's not included in the room price, eg. Use of the exercise room at the hotel. The room needs an electrical outlet near the table/office table.

The hotel is located in an idle spot where it's close to the busy town but seems peaceful and hidden. The staff was courteous and the rooms are nice for the price I paid. The breakfast was enjoyable as they offer local foods as well as the ordinary continental. The pool is lovely but it's 9 ft deep which is great for swimmers like myself.

The restaurant is temporarily closed down so meals had to be requested in advance. Also the hotel doesn't have elevators.

Staff and Manager were amazing. Had a ight issue and was handled with great care.

Not much, I would have liked better towels in my room. The issue I had was fixed so so need to even bring it up. Because I in anywhere u stay u will have an issue or the other. How it was handled makes the difference.

Good location near Queens Park Savannah and Botanic Gardens. Hotel was very relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great cocktails in the bar/restaurant, whose Portuguese head chef/manager was very friendly and enthusiastic.

Staff was nice and incredibly helpful. The hotel rooms were very clean.

The shower in my room didn’t work properly, because the shower head needed to be replaced it took 2 days to get it fixed. But again staff was incredibly helpful.
