The place is very clean,and I must say the receptionist is friendly, a lil improvement on the breakfast schedule though, staff don't be ready on time 7:00am. All in all the rooms ah very spacious and tidy.

I didn't like for breakfast wen they tell me choose a menu, then minutes later telling me it don't have it. And wen I was about to leave, the staff now saying ok I going to prepare it for u

The hotel has gloriously spacious rooms that are well equipped and exceptionally clean. The location is very good as it was easy to get transport to different parts of town We were always greeted by friendly staff The breakfasts provided every morning were delicious and had a variety of fresh local cuisine The hotel pool was always lovely to use and it was family friendly too The hotel bar was a true delight. There was always a warm welcome and the karaoke nights on a Saturday were so much fun It was an excellent experience all around

I liked the ladies in the lobby; they were very nice, professional, and helpful! The ladies will always say good morning to you and ask if everything is ok or to let them know if we need anything. I also loved the coffee and tea machine in the lobby! The rooms are huge and it has a nice area with a microwave and a small refrigerator which is very convenient. Free breakfast every morning.

I dropped something on the floor under the bed, it wasn't clean. If they could also clean under the beds, the furniture could be moved to at least sweep underneath, it is dirty. You can see that it hasn't been done for some time. Cleaning is done well in the bathroom and kitchen, and the beds are also clean and VERY COMFORTABLE!

The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and professionalism, contributing to a clean and well-maintained environment. Their helpfulness and willingness to accommodate guests fostered a welcoming atmosphere.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overall, I did encounter a small challenge with my room's location. Being situated next to the pool and bar, I experienced some noise one night around 3 in the morning, which made it a bit difficult to rest. Also on of the bed was a bit uncomfortable.However, I appreciate the overall experience and would consider returning.

They treated all the athletes at the PanAm Aquatic Championships super. I had the best time ever there. Rooms amazing? I enjoyed the pool and talking to the kind locals there. Breakfast they added more healthy items in the end for the athletes, fruit, oatmeal, pancake for energy,,low sugar cereal, even boiled eggs which were my fav since I don’t eat egg yolks. Breakfast had mix of Trinidad food and more traditional breakfast so you had the option of healthy or not. Lots of choices. Serving staff were so kind. Thank you. From the Canadian diver.

In the spirit of the holidays, the lobby was decorated extremely well.I felt the Christmas is in the air feeling on entering the lobby🥰. The room was beautiful, my girls fell in love with the shower 😍, the beds were comfortable, and the room was cleaned very, very well. Accessibility to surrounding stores. The security guard doesn't get paid enough for his job. He was most pleasant and charming, extremely helpful, friendly and overall he provided exceptional customer service. The pleasant front staff (the short brown skinned lady🤦🏿‍♀️) was very helpful & hospitable. The pool settings both at night & at day was wonderful. Excited to visit again💯💯

The arrival front staff wasn't as welcoming as I hoped. The pool is not open 24hrs. Extremely cold water in the pool, it should also be more easily accessible from within the hotel instead of having to go all the way out front then around the building, through the parking lot. Breakfast wasn't exactly what I expected(more variation & color to the meal) but the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful.

The buffet breakfast was mediocre; I was provided in menu with 3 choices of pancakes, bake & shark and another choice. I ordered the bake and shark and the staff said it will take a few minutes to fry it after 15 minutes I inquired on my order and was told they do not have it.. The only thing offered was bread, scramble eggs, sausage (very salty). Also ,you could not walk through the hotel to get to the pool you have to go outside and walk around the building.

Location was great, my daughter and niece went for breakfast 1 time on the 7days stay, they got bread and cheese then someone made eggs after and call me for them to come back, I didn't care really cuz we rather eat doubles but they was lazy that morning so.

It's durable so I don't want to complain cuz I will go back, I just need a place to sleep!

Well, myself and Mike really enjoyed ourselves The young lady who works 7 am to 7pm Is really super cool and she's very helpful with everything, Thanks for a wonderful job 😀 I truly appreciate it, I keep forgetting her name she is doing a wonderful job I must admit that 😀 Also The night front desk guy Joseph he is a very helpful guy and helpful as well 👍 Not forgetting the security guy at the door, I don't know his name but he's a very helpful person.

The owner Mother in law made roti for me due to the fact I was asking and she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable 👍😀 Also not to mention the house keeper's always making sure Mt bedroom clean and comfortable 👌
