All of the staff are friendly and make the Brix my too choice whenever I visit Trinidad. There are dining options available on site as well as room service which is convenient and the food is excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have several outlets and USB ports for those who like to stay connected. The A/C in the room and black out curtains are perfect after a day in the sun.

There is nothing I disliked about the property. One recommendation would be for more lighting in the rooms as it was be a struggle in the evening/night time hours.

The rooms are big and spacious. Tricia who looked after my room was lovely and did a good job. The showers are amazing!

The only thing I would say is that the calcium left on the shower heads should be cleaned off. There are solvents that can do that very easily without much effort. Also the breakfast terrace was not always cleaned after the day. We did find many times food on the ground and the tables were dirty. Overall we do still like the stay if these small things can easily be changed.

I want to start by saying thank you to all staff at Brix orthography hotel, I want to start with Mr. Curtis, and Antonio, for going out of their way to make tea for my girlfriend. Those guys were very nice and polite to us while staying at the hotel. All the staffs who help with the breakfast, I want to thanks you all for your hard work. Food was great. I give it a 10. I want to thanks the entire staffs from top to bottom. A special thanks to the deli ladies. On point with their customer service. I can't remember all the names. I want to thanks Janea, Nikisha. The doorman thank you. The front office clearks and managers thank you so much for making my first ever trip to Trinidad a pleassant stay. Lots of great memories. Rooftop need better food and promotion. Drinks are not that good.

I absolutely loved Nekeisha and Jenee the ladies who works at the coffee station. They were always pleasant and smiling. And let’s not forget Janell who works the front desk who was very knowledgeable of day to day operations, always willing to help the customers. Making helpful recommendations. The day we checked out I asked that someone come up to get our luggage. Well the manager himself came and took the bags down for us. Impressive! Now that never happens in America. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

The ambiance the feeling of a luxury stay! The fresh breakfast every morning and the convenience of 24 hours check in and late check out was exceptional! Would stay here again and again.

No balcony was a number because the views of the round about and the park and all the things surrounding the hotel would have been nice to enjoy during my stay. Also, the pricing is on the higher end. But nonetheless wonderful hotel!

Clean, updated facilities, natural surroundings, wonderful staff front desk to exceptional snack bar and The Exchange staff! Breakfast was beautifully setup, great outdoor patio to enjoy meals with family; the pool was amazing, relaxing, great hours, and well maintained; nice seating areas to sit and chat and enjoy a large cookie! Curry chicken dish offered at room service level was a great touch. 24/7 room service kept me sane, and awesome service couldn't be happier. The gym was a plus with updated exercise equipment and ample space to stretch. Appreciated being able to view daily and running tally of charges to the room.

Little to no reference to Trini culture, sliver reflected in fine dining menu and breakfast. Musical selection was quietly played, and sometimes, I had to strain to hear it.

It was a welcoming surprise that Moselle remembered us from last year. She was once again, such a pleasure to have check us in. The process went smoothly even with a few kinks of no fault of the hotel's. We were given the same room we had last year. It was as clean and comfortable as we remember it. The staff you see in passing in the hallways are always pleasant. Also, the pricing is incomparable and contributes to value I find in the BRIX.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and the food and beverage offerings really good. Fantastic roof bar to watch the sunset and enjoy the ambience. All of the staff were very happy and wanted to help.

No bathrobes, a distinct lack of toiletries such as shower cap, body lotion and other things you would expect when paying this much for a hotel room. Housekkeeping wasn't great, they would take towels and not replace them. Not empty bins or replace water. On day I asked for water at 4pm and it stulol hadn't arrived by the time i checked out at 13:30 the next day.

Liked everything about our Brix stay the comfort and the communication, I received on arrival from the staff. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating. The service is exceptional, and the hotel was well maintained. Cleanliness and being treated well was memorable. I would love to stay at the Brix again and that would be the plan on my next visit to the area.

The elevator was a bit confusing to work at first. But after learning how to use the elevator to get to various floors, it was very good experience.

The room is spacious and tidy, beds are firm and comfortable. I had no trouble during my stay. The breakfast buffet had a really great spread everyday. The gym is decent sized, clean, and has some essentials which is good.

I wished that the housekeeping staff were more efficient and the bathroom could've had more toiletries. I also wished there was a spa on site. The pool was good but I thought it was bigger based on the photos.
