The location was good and the staff was hospitable

The room had ants which they never got rid of so it was us and the ants. As soon as we came to the room and use led the toilet it basically sprayed us with water. The Maintenence man came and said it was the handle. They need to check these rooms once booked to ensure it’s clean for the guest. Because it’s not cheap to stay there.

Prime location. Excellent Service and friendliness extended by the staff. We will certainly book the Marriott again on our next visit. We highly recommend booking this hotel.

I loved the person who checked us in...she was so hospitable. I told her it was my sons bday, so we decided to treat him to a night at Marriot and evening of fun at the carousel with his friends....when we were at the carousel, she arranged a surprise for us in our room...a cake and a balloon...he was overjoyed...he turned 8...and his words were "I feel like a King". Thank you for your fabulous service and wonderful facilities. Breakfast was lovely as well.

We went for the carnival season and the courtesy extended during this period was excellent. Things we appreciated - Outdoor showers available (towels, slippers, bath scrubs, etc) on days with a major event involving paint. - Associated with a taxi service that was great for events starting early morning and ending late nights - worked well if you plan not to drive - Daily "taste of Trinidad" to sample local dishes

The location was not walking distance to the downtown area but transportation is available. We had somewhat to a difficult time getting transportation one occasion but it worked out in the end. There are private cars that are used by locals to take you to the hotel. The breakfast prepared each morning was a variety of Trinidadian dishes, pancakes, bagel, eggs etc, so there was no need to complain about lack of food.

Can't say anything bad - the staff was always willing to assist.

The staff was friendly, helpful and provided individual /one on one attention. In house keeping I commend Renese, Ria and Rebecca. IN the restaurant Ian and Melissa were exceptional. There were also others at reception whose names I cannot remember but they were all exceptional and tremendously helpful. GREAT JOB.

Leaving, our vacation ended too soon.

The check in experience was great. The staff was warm and welcoming and super helpful. The room was on first floor which was ideal for us as we had tons of luggages. Love how they secure the place and the warm security offocer at the door . Everything met our expectations.

We checked out early as had to catch a flight to Tobago but the staff checking us out was not as very warm . People do impact experience . Maybe some feedback that consistency of service attracts returning customers .

Your front desk staff, Jolessa was our first main contact at the hotel. She went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We rented three rooms in total and everyone in all the room really got a positive and pleasant response from her at all time. Please thank her for us. Christina who helped with room services was the same, Please thank her for us. All other staff were very nice, much thanks to your amazing staff. We will stay here again

I didn't see anything that I did not like. However not all room sizes were displayed on your website which would have been helpful for us when we booked the rooms.

I loved the service at this Courtyard. The staff were really friendly with me and everyone remembered my name. I definitely felt cared for while I was staying here.

The main thing I disliked was the pillows on the bed, they weren’t firm and deflated after a while

The breakfast on Saturday 17th June was decent. The melogene choka, potatatos and poppy seed muffin were great! The pancake and waffle needed a bit more sugar. Their taste was bland.

I also felt as if breakfast should have been included in the hotel accommodation and not have to be paid for separately. With rooms facing the car park, it was not convenient to open the curtains to let in the natural sun light. As such, even in day time, the electric lights still had to be used.
