Breakfast was at the top of the hotel with large-windowed views all around

Some of the fixtures in the rooms are older, but it was still wonderful.

This hotel hit all of the right notes for me. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. Beds were super comfortable and pillows for me were perfect. Well equipped in the room with everything I needed and excellent A/C. I used the gym several times and found it at a higher standard than many hotels. I stayed in a Suite and the view from the front corner was excellent and I was able to watch the parrots fly around each morning. I would gladly stay here again.

The only negative is that I think the breakfast could have more selection. Basically, good cereal, decent fruit (always the same), then eggs (always the same) and a rotating meat with some breads. I was fine with that each day, but it would be an easy thing to improve.

Breakfast was AMAZING! From traditional Caribbean food such as coconut bakes, saltfish, smoked herring, callaloo, bakes and plantain, to scrambled eggs, toasts (white/brown bread) fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals and juice. Tea and coffee were also served consistently. The tables were always laid nicely and the clothes clean. I had a suite with a balcony which was absolutely lovely and I can't see myself staying in any other room going forwards. The kitchnette area with microwave, fridge, sink and cutlerry/untensils was extremely handy and the living area was goof for relaxing. Bathroom was a good size and was clean. Bedroom had adequate space for 2x suitcases and hanging space for clothes, an iron/ironing board and safe. I also liked that both the living area and bedroom had televisions and phones in both rooms. The location was great for getting taxi's and also is within walking distance of many food places such as Royal Castle, KFC, Starbucks, a gas station and Hagan Daaz ice cream and a place selling tradtional food such as roti, stew chicken, soup, mac n cheese ect.

This is such a small thing that I feel ridiculous making the comment but the only thing I didn't like was the soap in the bathroom. It was nicely presented, however, on use I found it extremely drying to my skin so I opted to use the shower gel I had packed to wash both my body and my hands. Everything else was great, thank you.

The staff were very customer aware from housekeeping to restaurant staff.

The restaurant Kava staff at the place were a little less customer aware.

The location was excellent as we had a function to attend in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rafael at reception. Breakfast had a decent selection of continental breakfast items as well as some local foods, lots of fresh fruit, fruit juices, etc Krislynne at the restaurant is always so pleasant. We’ve been dining there for over 30 years and she recognized us and greeted us warmly. We’ve had such a pleasant stay that we will recommend it to friends and family in the future.

We did not experience any negative issues.

THE LOCATION EVEN THOUGH NOT IN THE CENTER OF TOWN WAS GREAT IT WAS A 5 MIN DRIVE TO THE TOWN. I LIKE THE SAVANNAH AND THE ABILITY TO GET SOME EXERCISE. THE BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT NEEDS A BIT MORE VARIETY. I DO NOT EAT MEAT OR FISH AND WAS A BIT LIMITED

THERE IS NOT MUCH MORE I COULD THINK ABOUT RIGHT NOW. THE HOTEL DID WHAT I WANTED. THAT WAS MY SECOND VISIT AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO MY FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES. HOWEVER, I WISH THERE WAS SOME PROGRAM THAT REPEATED GUEST LIKE POINTS THAT WOULD BRING SAVINGS AND DISCOUNTS.

Staff were all excellent. They exuded Caribbean hospitality. Excellent location for my needs at the time. Both restaurants provided tasty food. The shades on the windows kept all light out at night. The pool area was also lovely, partially shaded.

The rooms are small so it works for a short stay. If you need to stay longer it may be a bit claustrophobic. With my room door closed and the AC on, I could clearly hear the other guests walking and talking when they were in the corridor as well as the cleaning staff so perhaps management could research sound proofing possibilities.

The outside of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and had really nice views.

The water temp was ridiculously hot. Almost, scalding hot. The staff was sometimes a little short in their delivery with us when communicating, esp if there was miscommunication between myself or them.

The location was central to popular spots which helped with accessibility. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and relaxing.

It’s just a pet peeve but the condition of the salt shakers in the Tiki Village were a bit concerning. We tried 2 different ones and they were clogged from “old” salt and rust formed on both outside and inside of the cover.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, the ambience, the cleanliness of the hotel and minimalistic design bedroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a healthy variety of options. The ambience by the pool was serene and breathtaking.

I didn't like hearing the noises from the vehicles passing outside. My room was closer to the roadway, and the room wasn't soundproofed enough for me to enjoy a peaceful sleep. The iron bed headboard could be furnished with a tufted slip-on cover to provide both functionality and aesthetic and modern appearance.
