stunning views and secluded, quiet location stylish hotel design from the 50s I recommend the rooms with the view, 100% better to pay a bit more but enjoy the mountains. There is no A/C in the room, but we were fine because it isn't too hot in the mountains.

The breakfast choice was very poor, the same every day, without any coverage of the food from the flies The pool could be cleaned We didn't like everything in the restaurant for dinner, some options were overpriced

- The pool area has great potential but needs renovation - they have two amazing Sam Bernard dogs. I love dogs, but I would reconsider setting them free in the pool area when the guests are there. Two 80 kg beast playing in the wet grass are great fun to watch, but I wasn’t exactly relaxed with my one-year-old playing next to them. - There’s no air conditioning

We didn't like the reception we got at the reception the first day we arrived. The man was teaching a new worker and completely blanked us for about 5 minutes as we stood there waiting to be checked in. The new worker Eli is great, but the guy teaching her has an issue in how to handle clients.

The property was in a beautiful location and the building was very old and interesting and had lovely outdoor area. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable

It is very difficult to find, on very narrow mountain roads and not well signed. The staff were not very attentive and you had to go and find someone if you wanted anything, even the bar was unattended, The evening meal was a disappointment , our main course was put on the table when we were half way through our starters, we didn’t have dessert but were not offered tea or coffee. There was a good selection at breakfast, but again no visible staff, no milk for cereal and drinks machine had run out of milk. I think the description of the property is misleading.

The location, the architecture, the ambiance, the pool table & the swimming pool were all great! There are also plenty of walking routes directly from the hotel.

If you want the media pensión menu for the dinner, this must be selected when making the reservation. The hotel refused to add it after reserving. Some more shade umbrellas around the swimming pool would be nice as it was very hot with many guests and only one umbrella available.

Superb views and a good circular walking trail. Room with a balcony. Wood floors, windows and furniture. Friendly and helpful staff.

Limited number of plugs. Main light was a lamp that could be turned off at the lamp so didn't come on when the switch by the door was switched on.

Amazing location with spectacular views! Great pool and surrounding forests as well as a cheesemaker just 10 min walk away. Really enjoyed the stay there.

WiFi is unavailable except near reception. Not that you need internet out in the mountains, but if you list having WiFi, please ensure it is available everywhere on the property. We did not have internet in our suite.

Location was top notch.

Noisy fighting neighbours = but the hotel was full and they couldn't put me in another room as they would have liked to. So not the hotel's fault.

Sant Bernat is one of our favorite . so needless to say more words as we are loyal to it. Perfect location , excellent staff , nature, good climate and very nice restaurant. what else do you need ??

The only that I would say the need to be the first to change before anything else is the mattress . it’s quite hard for me. Could be ideal for somebody else. I think the most important for every hotel is to be clean and the mattress . the. come all the rest
