The room was large, beds comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The view from the pool deck of the sunset was spectacular. This trip, for the first time, the security man helped open the door when our hands were full and he placed a box over our windshield. The breakfast isn’t large however, it is sufficient.

The pool was dirty. Unfortunately many of the guests we encountered drank a lot around the pool and made it an uncomfortable experience for us who just needed the rest and peace and quiet. The passageways outside of the rooms and elevator aren’t air conditioned, therefore, in the summer months it can be pretty hot.

I really liked the security guards that watched over the cars. We had things on our roof rack that we did not have to worry about and they were so kind.

When we checked out. The attendant had to go check our room to make sure our dog didn’t do any damage before we received our deposit back. I understand that but it was his de miner we also had to ask for a blanket nothing but a sheet was on the bed.

Rooftop lounge was enjoyable! Decent rooms! We would definitely return to this hotel!

Accessing the hotel by car is a little tricky the 1st time you do it! Don't miss that initial turn or it's a 10-15 minute detour to get back.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here! We liked the comfortable beds and easiness of the hotel!

It happened on two occasions where we felt the waiters were trying to swindle us because we were “ gringos” one waiter said in the evening that he hadn’t put the tip on when he clearly had but didn’t want to show us the bill!!! The second they put 15% tip on automatically, I will tip, but I think it’s only fair I choose the amount. Left a bad taste in our mouths, so we didn’t go to the hotel restaurant again!

Bed was comfortable. Sufficient space to move. Nice pool area overlooking the city. Restaurant that had decent food after a long day of travel. Nice area to use computer if needed.

They are funny about their towels. There were two security/bellhops but they didn’t help at all. Seemed odd they were there but didn’t really seem to do anything, not even hold open the door. The room was super hot when we arrived. Would have been nice to have had pre started the air conditioning.

Comfortable bed. Room we rented had a fridge. Spacious suite. Breakfast was included though we did not partake due to our early departure.

If you are not familiar with Villahermosa’s streets, it can be challenging to reach, took us 3 times to find the right street to access. Even our cab driver at dinner later in the evening knew what we were talking about when we observed the streets he took.

The hotel is really good value for money. It is located at a walking distance from the Parque de La Venta, which we wanted to visit with kids. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the strong water pressure and the well-regulated hot water in the shower.

The only downside was the view (lack of it) from our room and the fact that a very strong ventilator was located just outside of our room on the outer wall, so we could hear it working all night.

This hotel has really surprised me with its price/quality ratio. The room was recently renovated, and the internet was super fast. The water temperature in shower was stable and easy to set up. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast for the price. Close to Walmart and some museums. 15 minutes walking from ADO bus station.

Not sure if the swimming pool was open.

The rooms had enough space for working and for 4 persons. It was very comfortable, super clean, the elevator was working perfectly, same as the airco and the hot water. The staff was very friendly and the area is safe. The beds are comfy

It was a bit noisy. You could hear everything even the people talking across the hallway but it was ok.

The security, cleaning and reception staff are super friendly.

Restaurant staff, they look unhappy working there and is reflected in their service. :(
