It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable.We arrived a day late due to flight delays but the staff stayed in contact with us and was so kind. They made sure our room was ready at an odd hour after an exhausting flight.

It’s an old property and the exterior could use some love but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. We didn’t expect much since it was so affordable but accommodation in that area are scarce but we were very happy!

My room was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent. The bed and pillows were ok. Excellent location. Well lit parking lot. Overall, it was a good experience.

The breakfast could include bacon and eggs. The bathroom room light behind the door was inconvenient. The bathroom toilet was way to short!

Over all the stay was very good, staff was good customer service and very friendly, the room was clean. Would definitely stay again.

The first room had some trouble with the cable so we had to move. When I rebooked for another night I had to pay a $150 dollar deposit when booking through the hotel but when booking on line I through Priceline I didn't have to pay a deposit.

Location was perfect for our Indianapolis event. It was about 2 hours north and made the next day's travel that much easier. Closer to shopping and restaurants. Vicki was extremely helpful in getting us a room that suited our non-stairs needs.

Shana was very welcoming, even pausing her early evening vacuuming of the lobby to get me registered. Then she arranged to move me to a different room when the door lock did not open. The second room was very quiet. The pool was usable until 10 pm, but I was not. The motel was very close to a variety of restaurants and stores - but it is best to drive across U.S. Route 30 to get to them, due to heavy traffic. I dined at King's Chinese Buffet, which had too many food choices, but at a very reasonable price around $15 per person. The pillows were nice, and flexible, with a supportive bed. And with heavy window curtains. Breakfast was clean, and good, and coffee is available 24/7 !

There were several wi-fi options, but extensive effort on my part never achieved a connection. I did connect, but the screen to which I was told I would have to "agree" never appeared. I missed having a printed guide to the tv channels, but then the remote control did not have numbers, so....

There just needs to be more security about getting in the hotel late at night more locks that u have to have a key to enter an more rules about smoking on property limits

The young lady at front desk was welcoming and quick to solve an issue that came up during booking. Room was very spacious and clean! Great stay after a long drive!

We failed to let the staff know the bathroom light didnt' work. Fortunately, we travel with nightlights.

The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and there was a shower chair in the bathroom for my handicapped wife, even though it was not listed as a handicapped accessible room.

The room decor was a bit drab.

Secluded enough from traffic to get restful sleep. Vicki - the evening host - was great! The breakfast bar and coffee bar was much appreciated!

I’m not sure if each shift shares guests needs with each other, but the morning host was a bit abrupt when we confirmed that we were going to stay an extra night.
