Clean and friendly

Hot tub was not hot at all….. and that was one thing I was looking forward to, so it was a let down

The daytime front desk staff was professional and extremely helpful on multiple occasions.

When we checked in late Thursday night, the front desk person told us that breakfast would end at 10:00 a.m. When we came down for breakfast at 9:30 the next morning (Friday) we discovered that breakfast actually ended at 9:00 a.m.

The staff were very friendly and respectful. The breakfast was good on both mornings we ate. The hotel was very clean, and room service did an amazing job. The rooms are very big and provide for an ample amount of space. We stayed in the double bedroom and we had 2 beds, a sofa, and a lounge chair. There is a wall between the beds and the lounge chair/sofa that gives you some privacy or peace and quiet from the rest of the room. The hot tub was relaxing and the pool was at a decent temperature. The gym was a good size and allowed for a good workout. The hotel is only 12 minutes from the convention center or campus.

I felt that the pillows and bed were rock-hard. That is my only complaint. But I sleep on a pillowtop bed at home, so most beds that aren't a pillowtop will be. If you have special pillows at home, I would bring them if you can.

Location. Clean, everything kept up well, free breakfast, good customer service, staff who cared and proximity to the area including a late night gas station across the street (we rented a car and had an early hotly flight) pretty much made this a high value location for us. We would stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very nice room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice linens and the bath towel sets were plush and large. Breakfast was good.

Hot tub was not hot at all. Probably because the air coming through the bubblers was very cold.

Nice clean bathroom, bed was great! Breakfast area was very clean and the food was fresh and had a nice variety to choose from.

The couch and chairs in our room are quite worn, the office chair was in very tough condition. There is a stain on the carpet in front of the television.

Not really a dislike but noticed they a had a sauna that was broken that was used as storage would be nice if that worked I def would use it

Room was huge! Plenty of space. Great quick breakfast that had more than enough choices. A lot of room in there also. Clean and sanitary throughout the building. Easy easy easy access to the parking area and plenty amenities close by.

Big, clean, and well-equipped room for five people. The small swimming pool and jacuzzi were very nice, and the breakfast was quite good. I’d definitely come back.

I really like the location. It was not far from things that I wanted to do. Easy to get on to IN20 and IN31. Like that it was away from all the major traffic. Room was great, it was what I needed.
