The staff at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we were greeted by Heather who was pleasant and answered all our questions. The room was clean and for the most part comfortable. I say for the most part because the bed was so small. Even though the staff claimed it was, indeed, a queen size bed, its measurements proved not so. Also, the sheets did not fit the bed, so when we tried to sleep, the sheets kept coming off the bed. The hotel was in perfect proximity to Notre Dame, and as we were there for a game day weekend, traveling to and from the hotel was a breeze. And, as it was a game day weekend, the price was a bit high, which is understandable. What is not okay, though, was the fact that we were only scheduled for a room refresh one day of the 3 we stayed. Yes, we did have our dog with us, but we would have vacated when housekeeping wanted to get in. With that said, I told house keeping not to bother at all because I did not want to wait around for when they could get into the room. I only asked for fresh towels and kept the room tidy myself. The breakfast was good with several choices. My one complaint is that I had to wait until they made coffee, they didn't have one ready when the pot when dry. I need my coffee in the morning. :)

When I booked online, I chose the option to pay at the hotel, but you charged my card prior, so that was upsetting. I needed to book this on the fly, and didn't have the card available to do it, so used what I had. Just not right that you offer that option, and don't honor it. I will think twice next time before booking with you.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a worship team conference with 13 people. There were multiple places to sit and chat with our group. Facilities are bright and clean and modern. Located near lots of restaurants. Thankfully there were also microwave pizzas to purchase at the front desk for those who didn't feel up to heading out because it was snowing.

Staff very helpful, nice,and very very respectful. They only clean rooms every other day but they will change bath wash clothes and what ever you need change daily. Nice parking lot. Just all over the place is worth the stay. If I could I would give them a 99 out of 100. I will be back. That is my place to stay when going back.

The shower head needs to be where you can hold it.

Friendly staff and good accommodations. The kitchenette is so nice and the property in general was nice.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a little bit of mold/mildew buildup in the shower. Not really enough to be concerning but would have been nice to not have that.

1st room had stale smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room and so we moved. staff was accommodating.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional and made our stay/visit with family very memorable.

The room was spacious with a lot of desk space for our many bags. Heather at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming, she went the extra mile. A Whole Foods and lots of places to eat in walking distance makes this a great location.

It's a bit on the more expensive side, but you really do get what you pay for! It was worth the extra money in my opinion!
