The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was close to restaurants and served breakfast.

The comforter had black stains on it like it had been dragged in the parking lot. It was clean just stained which was off putting. Other than that everything was great. There were some teenagers stuck in the elevator and one point but I think they were messing around with the buttons instead of being on their best behavior.

The room was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space. Breakfast was great. Plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so after 4 people showered it got very muggy in the room. There were stains on things. The pull out couch had food wrappers and crumbs left in it and there was no bedding left in the room for it.

The accommodation for our stay was wonderful. However, the fan in the bathroom might want to be looked at by maintenance. The breakfast was delicious with many hot food options. Some fruit would make for an option for additional fiber. 😊👍

If I were a pool person, I might have been upset with the pool being closed, but I'm not. We had a wonderful stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Easily accessed from the interstate. In close proximity to restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Woke in the early morning to find a horde of tiny ants on top of the desk (situated near the window and air conditioning unit). Some of the control knobs in the shower needed repair.

It was a little noisy but that's cus had a game so couldn't help with the party ppl

The Cleaning was Very good...Of course some things needed repairs,it is a busy building..... Overall nice Accidentally booked @ Extended Stay South.... DON'T DO IT .....RUN..!!! Felt like a rat was gonna spring out anywhere. Didn't even dare to sit on bed.. Thankfully Comfort Inn had a vacancy.. Weekend saved.

obviously toilet had some issues as there was a plunger under the sink which I had to use! Had an ant issue that I reported to front desk when I left.

Location was very convenient to bethel college.. it made traveling and navigating easy for me.

I didn't have anything I didn't like. It was a positive experience.

Very easy to book through booking.com. The breakfast was limited and when I asked for milk, I was told they wouldn't have any until tomorrow. No fruit on the breakfast bar.
