Nice location, clean, and affordable.

Loud people who didn’t stop their teenagers from running up and down the hall/stairs until 2:00am… Called front desk at 11:00 to ask them to intervene but nothing.

Breakfast was nice and the bus transport to the university area was perfect.

I had some jewelry go missing while at the facility. I live 2.5 hours away so I was calling and working with the manager on the recovery. Katrina was my main contact and she was less than helpful. I had to call 4 times over the course of a week to get her to even return my call. She promised each time she would call and did not. Each time we spoke it was like the first time. She asked my name and room number and dates of stay. Almost like she really didn’t write it down or recall who I was. I am fearful the items were stolen out of my room. She never offered to review cameras to determine this. Also, her follow up was not appropriate. It seemed like she never even looked.

We had two rooms for four nights. The location is excellent. Many restaurants were even within walking distance. The breakfasts were excellent with many choices. Housekeeping did not come into the room but anything we needed we simply went to the desk i.e., more towels, coffee, toilet paper. Rooms had a couch and two small tables. Our family members brought down their two tables and a desk chair and we played cards each night.

Breakfast was good, the rooms were very quiet. The room we had a ceiling fan that was great for the sofa sleeper area. Bed was comfortable but seemed like a queen and not a King.

The pool was closed and the exterior of the building needs TLC. Power wash or paint maybe both.

Room was large and comfortable. Clean. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Liked the separate desk area, living area. Lighting was good. Liked the proximity to shopping, restaurants.

Breakfast selection was average at best. My shower/tub must have had an overlay or something placed over it. I felt like I was standing in a trench when showering!

The location of the hotel was excellent for my trip. The breakfast was ok - I have no complaint. The staff people were the best! Friendly and always helpful!

Staff got us what we needed right away. Bed was comfortable. Room HVAC was real good.

Facility is dated. Lounge seat covers torn. Bath door would not close. Shower leaked on the floor outside tub.

Personnel staff was so kind, friendly, and exeprional. They truly went above and beyond to make all customers feel loved and welcome. Would truly recommend!

Breakfast was good, pool nice, bed was comfortable and the location had grocery store and restaurants close by

I didn't like that one of the rooms had a sock left in it they need to clean more thoroughly and the elevator broke down the next day when I was leaving so I had to carry everything down using the stairs
