The hotel is in a very convenient location. Lots of restaurants and stores within a very close proximity. Although the hotel was at capacity while we were there, we never heard even the slightest bit of noise! The front desk clerk, Will, was very friendly and very familiar with the area. He was able to recommend numerous restaurants one of which we selected and really enjoyed.

The bathroom needs updating. The creases in the wallpaper were becoming visible and looked as though they’ll start to peel shortly. There were scuff marks on the base of the tub. It was clean, just needs updated.

I like the property for the balcony

well I did not actually get to stay there because they were overbooked so they booked us next door at Spring Hill suites.

older building, so it’s loud. road noise and neighbor’s footsteps are heard for sure.

There were no hand railings in the bathroom. The toilet was too low and with nothing to hold onto it was a bit difficult. There were also no railings by or on the bath tub area so we used a hand towel on the bottom of the tub so we would not slip. By the way, we asked for a handicap room and did not get one.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the curtains when shut made it dark during the day. Will and Mikell were amazing.

no microwave. no coffee maker, unable to use the freezer (frozen shut with ice) no toilet paper- given 1 roll when asked ,but that was ok. Microwave in lobby didn't work well at all. TV didn't work properly-

gentlemen at front desk was super friendly. Environment was great and super clean. was a little sad that the swimming pool was not open, but it was a perfect stay!
