This is the perfect stop over for long interstate travel. Stayed here driving from NY for an overnight before getting into the serious Chicago traffic. The value is what is key with this hotel. The price can't be beat, and it is a very nice place. Much better than I would expect at this price point. I've stayed here more than once and is one of the biggest bargains in Indiana.

Breakfast was OK but nothing special... BUT there was breakfast and at this price point, I didn't expect anything at all. Much appreciated that there was a cup of coffee and OJ plus some food.

I was looking at Granger Holiday in. Stayed there year ago, cheap, good facility. Their prices tripled. Except for scary trash hanging out smoking weed with loud music in parking lot, ideal holtel, very excellent. I think days to come when secret out how good you are, you'll be booked solid. Maybe get a security service cruise lot, or have local police cruising lot, better lot lighting. Wish you good luck and may come down with whole family to stay there in summer. Desk guy was exceptional.

Dark lot.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The twosome who cleaned our room were notably good and i was pleased to leave a room tip for them. The hotel is modern, clean and ideally located for all that Mishawaka has to offer as well as being near Notre Dame.

The breakfast was just an OK at best continental variety. The toaster didn't work well and the bagels were stale and tasteless. The fruit was limited with bananas, and apples perhaps.

Everything the hotel was very nice.

There was some people hanging around and walking around the hotel I didn't like that I had my 15 month old grandson with me and other family members were there also the people hanging out in the lobby and walking around the hotel didn't have rooms. I had to work early on Sunday morning I was leaving for work at 6am and that's when two guys were in the lobby just them I got back to the hotel room at 830am and they were still in the lobby I think they should have some type of security people like that should not be just able to hang out in the lobby

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect. I was originally given a 2nd story room. But they exchanged it for a first story room because there is no elevator. Hotel was clean.

Breakfast, biscuits and gravy on Christmas Eve..quiet and clean The parking lot was empty for a Christmas weekend. Bobby assured me it was because things have slowed down.🫡. I lived in other cities and states..I normally stay away from empty hotel parking lots..but it was cool..thanks Bobby.

1 out of the 3 lamps worked. I was going to use the coffee pot, then notice the lid ( coffee filter) was missing, so I had to go to the front office to get one. Also, the breakfast used to be much better. There's no eggs, sausage,bacon, etc, like it used to be. They had a big French vanilla creamer pump and when I went to use it it was empty.

MANAGEMENT & FRONT DESK STAFF EXCELLENT. Very near Major Shopping Malls in Southbend Ind to buy items for Entering Notre Dame Student. breakfast good also

Staff was great. Breakfast It was okay I would have liked there to have been more hot food options. The food that was available was good. I’m glad there was French vanilla non dairy creamer!

Not enough hot food options. It would be amazing if there was Keurig or other coffee machine with expresso and other flavor options.

Everything was smooth. $50 deposit was surprising.

Surprise of $50 deposit. Breakfast was misleading to say it was a hot breakfast. Eggs were hard boiled and overcooked. No meat. Milk was out. Fruit was lacking. Could really be improved.
