We had a suite and it as large and had great features, lots of tv channels, was quiet, great bedding, hot water, good refrigerator. Parking is easy, areas is safe, front desk checkin lady was super nice.

Non-smoking hotel and non-smoking listed directly on the room. Room reeked of smoke. Horribly. Do not disturb sigs are magnetic and the doors are not metal, so they don't stick. Cleanliness not great. Walking around barefoot had black dirt coming off my feet in the shower. Never had this at any hotel before, and I am constantly on the road for 30 years in business, staying at same class hotels.

No breakfast offered but there is a restaurant at the Holiday Inn next door. The staff was amazing!!! I had to leave my truck and trailer behind after my truck broke down. I am going back to get my trailer and I have made a reservation here because of the staff!

Big room with comfy beds. Very friendly staff, they always greeted us coming and going. Clean and comfortable.

No organized breakfast. Had coffee and oatmeal along with bananas and apples. They did have microwaveable items you could pay extra for.

The staff was wonderful!! They were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were impressed with the size of our suite. There was more than enough room for my husband and I and his service dog. We enjoyed having the kitchenette. We will be sure to stay here again when we are back in the area.

It was quiet and tucked away. The small kitchen was a pleasant surprise. The staff was always so friendly when we walked in!

You could hear a lot of people stomping and walking above you. The shower head was pretty weak.

The woman behind the counter walked me to my room to make sure everything was good. The blackout curtain was off the track. She sent maintenance right to the room and it was fixed immediately. The people at the desk were friendly and offered to assist me when I had a lot of sacks. The location was close to everything. Love having full size fridge.

They could use more handicap parking, only had 2 spots. They only have one handicap room with walk in shower. I was able to get that one.

It was very close to the hospital I had surgery at, and everything was clean and that made it easy to begin recovery

The room next door had two dogs bark at any movement; however, they were quiet during the night. The concierge was so sweet checking us out and gave a discount for the noise.

One of my co-workers had an issue with their room (Lauren-Rm#214). There was a mold smell. She had to change rooms...

There’s not much to do/see/eat in the immediate area. It was a home football game weekend, so prices were double (or more) the fair price. At least the price gouging came with good service.
