Everything in terms of service and the room - cleanliness and convenience. Breakfasts were generous and delicious. The dining room is really nice and has a pretty view on the garden. Parking was easy. Proximity to the Thermes was great as we drove there direct on one road from the hotel. Loved the stays we've had with Balmoral - 3 so far.

The lack of being able to book dinner at the hotel - which forced us to go out or order takeaway which isn't easy to eat in the hotel room. Also, the front door steps up are steep and I was nervous to use them so used the slope beside the entrance for the trolleys and wheelchairs. Shallower steps would be less unnerving - especially as there was snow and ice while we were there.

We’ve stayed here before and the hotel is clean, tidy, comfortable, with efficient, friendly and helpful staff. It has a range of facilities (most of which we don’t take advantage of) and plenty of car parking. On arrival we were upgraded and our room was spacious and comfortable with a large screen television and good Wi-Fi connection. The restaurant doesn't have a large menu, but the food (and wine) was good. Ideally located for Spa Francorchamps racing circuit.

One change since we were last at the hotel is that the restaurant is now only open Wednesday to Saturday and it is a forty-minute walk into Spa centre where most of the restaurants are located.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radissonblu, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile. The staff were incredibly helpful and always eager to assist with any request. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary toiletries and the in-room coffee maker. The hotel's location is perfect, situated close to the center and tourist places. making it convenient to explore the area. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to suit all tastes. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range of choices and everything fresh and tasty. Overall, my experience at Radisson blu was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Spa City. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

The location was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was not good value for the money. Breakfast was not worth €26. While the staff were very friendly but because of the amount of people the repleneshment of the food was very slow. For me there were not enough staff on duty.

Quicker replenishment of the food at breakfast would have been better. Clearance of the tables could be improved.

- our room had two separate beds next to each other. But the bed had wheels. Bit annoying when trying to sleep next to your partner and you roll away. staff found a solution for this after a day though - might be bad luck but the time of cleaning the room was each time inconvenient

Location... in a beautiful area... Spa has a lot to offer. The hotel also offers very nice spaces to relax, even though I have not taken advantage of these. Very clean and comfortable beds.

I think some things are a bit overpriced. But we just consume if we want.... Can't say a word about breakfast because it was not included... I found it very expensive for someone like me who does not eat much in the morning... so I decided not to try.

Big free parking. Nice, clean showers and hammam. We read remarks about it being small but as a couple we thought it was just about right and comfortable considering the amount of other people there. Breakfast was rich and nice.

The fact that the restaurant was closed at the time we visited was a pity but no big deal as the tapas was well made, just don’t expect to dine properly here.

Location is great, just a few mins drive from Spa town centre and about 15 from Francorchamps for the circuit. Staff are v friendly. Room and bed were comfortable.

Parking was v difficult. I have stayed before and it has always been fine. There was an event this time though and that didn’t leave enough room for non-event guests, which wasn’t reasonable.

The staff was friendly. The spa was good and the location easy to reach and to discover the area.

The room was too warm at night. The staff during breakfast barely spoke English or Dutch. The parking was heavily occupied and unorganised. Some of the guests had to park on the side of the road.
