Great place for kids. Right on the beach front. The half board option was fantastic and there was a large variety of food to choose from. Location was very good and not far from many attractions. I could swim with tattoos no issue but not the onsen ( I'm ok with that I expect it in Japan) We would return again for sure.

It was a little outdated as far as decor in the rooms but that doesn't mean it wasn't nice.

The location is good for the price. It's walking or cycling distance from a lot of place. The free activities like the Okinawa music and dance really added a lot. Check in and check out were surprisingly efficient. Breakfast was better than expected with some Okinawa popular dishes, like Taco-rice and Fruit Punch, on the menu.

Paying extra for the gym and only opening it from 9am is just weird. I ended up not being able to fit it into my schedule. The sinks need some sealant around the rim as a bug had hidden away in there and was difficult to get out.

Stunningly views from my balcony to the sea. The beach is gorgeous. I had the beach to myself at some points during the day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good selection of restaurants and souvenir shops.

Was saddened to see some parts of the beach covered in plastics and trash that had either been swept ashore or visitors just dropping their rubbish. Location a little far from shops if you don't drive. Found it tricky to get a coffee in the morning as told restaurant doesn't serve until 10am.

I love how equipped they were to enrich our stay with our 1 year old son. We got cot, they had high chairs in their restaurant, clutters for babies and everything that you can think of entertaining a kid. I would highly recommend for any families. They provided floaties for babies in their indoor pools too, the kid's area is free under 2 so I was absolutely blown away by it. Parking is really close to the hotel, convenient location, close to everything that you want to explore in the area. Food is amazing! Both local and western.

When we arrived there was a huge spider in our room but I don't think it's common as I didn't notice any sign of them during our 1 week stay. They offered their help and even another room, so even it was a shocker at the beginning we quickly overcame it.

The location on the beach, amazing breakfast, two kinds of free entertainment at two locations within the hotel at 2 times every night, felt like we were staying at a five-star hotel. Lots of adult and kids water sports Halfway in driving time between the extremely good WW2 museums, and the outstanding aquarium

One of the twin beds I had a thin mattress, which wasn’t so comfortable, but we noticed there was a rollaway with mattress underneath that bed. So we took the mattress off the rollaway and put it on top of that bed with a thin mattress.

Everything has been wonderful: the food is very good, it’s very clean, service very friendly. We appreciated the many restaurants, pool with slide, the clean beach, the many convenience shops within the resort. The shops have everything you need. There’s even a gaming room and a nursery playground. We had an excellent stay. The only low points were the crowded breakfast buffet (we landed in the middle of Japanese school holidays) and when we lost the room key they made us pay $150 because they use classic keys instead of card system.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be in a great location, about an hour from Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium to the north, 15 minutes from Cape Manzamo and Elephant Rock, and an hour from Naha City to the south. It’s an ideal base for exploring both northern and southern Okinawa. Waking up to breakfast with a view of the water was a highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including Japanese, Chinese, and Western dishes. The hotel has an old-school charm, reminding me of vacations I had as a kid in the 80's (i.e., rooms still using actual keys). We also appreciated the bouncy house outside for our son to play at, and the souvenir shop downstairs, making last-minute shopping easy before our departure.

As my wife and child are vegetarians, I do wish there were more vegetarian options at the buffet, as they couldn't eat much of what was offered.

The resort was well designed for a family. The beach and sunset was absolutely beautiful, and the evening at the beach side Izakaya was fun. Breakfast buffet size was stunning. I like that they had a section to let us enjoy local flavors. The stores in the resort was well stocked in variety. And gift shops were quite robust.

I wish there were a place adult can take a breathe at evening, or could sip a pina colada by the beach. Everything was more towards accommodating families and young children. Also front staffs in the afternoon were bit stressed, maybe dealing with big bus tours check-in time. Trying to get an extra towel with a concierge/front desk staff, and I was told to get back on the line of long newly checking-in customers. I thought that was very unreasonable. I asked for a same assistance to the another staff who was replenishing complemental water bottles, and she immediately brought it for me from the back door. Also since it is away from central Naha area, taxi waiting time at the front was a bit long. I couldn't find a shuttle bus to downtown schedule if there were.

Nice vacation hotel directly at the beach, all needed facilities on site, restaurants, shops, etc. We had a room with sea view and balcony and can only recommend it. Spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony and watching the blue and green sea. Beach and water very good, very friendly and supportive staff. Big parking lot directly opposite the hotel. Good and rich breakfast buffet. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay.

Probably due to the side season, only 2 restaurants and the Izakaya were open for dinner, so not as much choice as we would have liked.

Good Location. Parking is right in front of the resort. Staff were helpful and polite. Free welcome drink coupons and free breakfast buffet (which you can substitute to lunch buffet if you missed the AM), indoor pool was a hit for the littles it is heated and just perfect temperature. You can rent out everything here, very convenient. Our Room was big as we got a deluxe room and we got an awesome view of the beach. You can do fireworks by the beach area which was the highlight of our trip.

WIFI. For some reason where our room was couldn’t reach the wifi. I had to go to the lobby area or at the restaurants to be able to use the internet. I have a portable wifi with me and it didn’t have any signals at all. Since it’s an older hotel, you can tell the wear and tears but we obviously had a great time in this hotel.
