My room (212) was quiet & cozy! Bed was extremely comfortable! I did have a bit of trouble at first being assigned to Rm. 379. The Ice machine was outside my door (slightly around the corner) and I was near the elevator. Before unpacking, I decided this wasn't the room for me and I called the desk. Jason(?) answered the phone and was very courteous to me and reassigned my room. He actually came up to 379 and assisted me in making the move. I had been using my phone when I noticed all the noises outside my room and hadn't even sat on the beds so there was no issue with my using anything in the room or bathroom. Jason pulled my luggage down to Rm. 212 and was extremely pleasant and friendly. Thus, a great staff there! Yes, I would be happy to return for another visit!

Probably something that cannot be easily fixed, but the air system is a little loud and annoying. I always bring ear plugs to silence out the sound so it's tolerable for sleeping, but it would be so wonderful if hotels could have silent air systems! Is the technology there yet???

The hot tub was really nice on the cold night. They even had a big screen tv across from the tub. Pool and hot tub both are very large. The mattress was comfortable and the newly remodeled rooms were nice.

Wish the toilets were "taller". Lol Alittle hard on us older folks getting up and down...

Hotel just walking distance from casino. Casino staff excellent. Very helpful even when just looking for person I was with. Guy walked around with me very social.

The ATM machine was rather deceptive in where the money came out. My cousin had a problem and someone stole her money when we went to get help. The casino staff replaced the stolen money and escorted thief out( he was on camera).

The ability to go and be outdoors close pool access great casino coverage great games plenty of things for the kids to do beautiful landscape and a great location of every peaceful able to play around make noise and feel as if you were at home

Decadent a bright light in the rooms like a ceiling light it would have been nice to have that option

Rooms are clean and updated. Pool and Spa were great. Coffee Shop is wonderful and we had great food at the sports bar. All the staff is extremely and naturally friendly.

Everything really was great, only small complaint is the vent in our air unit rattled really loud.

We stopped here on our way to Yosemite. The hotel interior is old fashioned American style, but the room is huge and the bathroom was seperated in a toilet room and shower.

Bed was uncomfortable People are loud in the night (casino guests)

The room was spacious and clean. Check in was fast and easy.

The bedside alarm went off at 430am and startled us awake. I’m a light sleeper so after that it was hard to go back to sleep. I have never had that happen before, anywhere.

Shower unfortunately was not fully clean, large clump of long women’s hair in the shower (though to be fair it wasn’t easily to see against the marble effect shower stall, easily missed.) But enjoyed the stay and would stay again. 😊

parking could be better a breakfast or cafe area coffee shop needs better coffee

Loved having the cafe open inside the hotel. So much nicer than having to trek to the Casino for breakfast!

Lighting in the rooms is dim. A light over the big mirror would help for dressing/makeup.
