Areas around the bar and outdoor pools are great - sectioned so, even when busy, you don't feel crowded. Breakfast buffet very good and staff in dining room great. Room (in annexe building) basic but comfortable.

At check-in it there was a lot of 'up-selling' - did we want a better room, inclusive drinks, even using the room safe was extra. There was a kettle + cups in the room but no tea or coffee (maybe I missed that 'extra'). That's all a bit much (feels like Ryanair).

I loved this hotel. it is near the beach and not just any beach but above two of the best beach restaurants in town (Feduchy Playa and La Fontanilla). It is also huge. lots of pools and adult and kids areas. lots of hamacas (beach chairs) that have padding and are super comfortable and luxirious. They have buzzer waiter service from your hamaca. it was a wonderful experience all round. the SPA is also big and bright. I loved this hotel and will certainly return

getting to and from parking and reception is very complicated and involved multiple doorways, lifts, corridors etc. my room "Be Free" was in another building so a bit annoyingly far from main pool, but my building had an additional "adults only" pool which makes up for it.

I payed for a front sea view and the room I was given had a tree in front of my balcony, when I spoke to reception I was told that all the rooms had trees in front of them, and to be honest I found them slightly unhelpful, and only the superior had full sea view . My friends who payed three hundred less for a side view actually had a better view than us. Did feel cheated I could not see the sea if I was sitting on my balcony and had to stand on the left side of the balcony to see any of the sea.

The staff were soooo lovely and very accommodating. The views from the pool area were magnificent! The breakfast had lots of variety. Our room had a beautiful view over the gardens and we could see the ocean, very comfy beds. Lovely hotel and will be pleased to return.

Unfortunately the queue for checkin was very long. Next time I will definitely try to checkin online. The indoor pool was very cold. The breakfast times almost need to be staggered, even in the off season, there were so many people!

We enjoyed, the first contact with Sasha the receptionist, all the staff, Management and all the facilities at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. We were served with a smile and polite conversations throughout our short stay. What was most commendable was the ability to check out at 12 pm. Our luggage could be stored and we had full use the facilites for the day. Which we used, we enjoyed our final drink on the terrace, then left early afternoon.

Location, gardens and variety of pools, kids area for our daughter, closeness to the beach and a simple walk into conil town centre, overall it is a fantastic hotel with great facilities and we had a wonderful time.

the hotel bar was expensive for Spain standards - 9 euro for a gin and tonic compared to 5/6 max euro anywhere else , that was all though really

Enjoyable stay at this hotel - all of the staff were lovely and so helpful, the children enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and a very tasty breakfast. we also very much enjoyed the live entertainment on one of the nights we were there.

Not being able to get a sunbed around the main pool - the area around the main pool for the sunbeds was very small and this made it a little tricky with 7 year old twins

The buffet breakfast was very good.Location lovely in a beautiful room with a sea view.

My husband says he would have found a proper double bed after50 years of marriage more comfortable!!!????? Me? I loved having my own bed and space for2 nights! The bed is like two single beds with a firm division in between.

It’s situated in different levels, so interesting to walk around, and the view to the ocean is stunning. Very green territory. The visitors were mostly German and Spanish, no russians. So everybody was very polite and calm. Food (breakfast and dinner) was absolutely tasty. Staff members were amazing - friendly and helpful. Everythting (room, territory) was really tidy. Large, beautifully decorated rooms. No noisy concerts and entertainment in the evenings - great! We could peacefully enjoy the sounds of birds and the ocean.

Great location, spacious room, well equipped gymnasium and the roof-top swimming pool was excellent. The breakfast food variety was very good and the service throughout the hotel was excellent.

Main swimming pool area was over crowded and the sunbed areas are cramped.
