room mentions queen bed but seemed like full

The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was nice. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was a bonus and we appreciated it a lot.

There was not a single chair in the room. There was an awkwardly high bench under the window and the also pretty high bed. Putting shoes on was fairly difficult when I usually sit for that. The back on the remote was broken and wouldn't stay on, and the toilet tried to overflow, so the front desk came up to plunge it. Turns out there was a big wad of someone's hair inside. Yuck!

Great for the price. Clean and good sized. We were able to bring both our dogs - there is a fee but it’s significantly less than other brands. Good location right off the highway, which was perfect for our road trip.

Breakfast is a skip- basically just a bunch of carbs (toast, waffles, pre-packaged muffins).

The room was very clean and quiet the free breakfast was wonderful there’s a lot of choices from fresh waffles and bagels to sausage egg sandwiches

It was a non smoking floor and someone was smoking in a nearby room . It may have been on the floor below I’m not sure but I kept smelling cigarette smoke. This was my only complaint

Paid a few dollars more for a king size bed and a larger room however the room was quite small. No problem, we made the best of it. If you require a larger room please let them know.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, with lots of choices. And they gave us a first floor room so it was easy to walk my dog, with a great area to walk him outside.

The toilet rocked, which made it difficult for my 96 YO mother to get up and down on it. I told the desk when we were leaving, and she said they would check it.

It was a good location for what we needed. Everything was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. The staff was so nice and took care of everything we needed. Two females traveling, I never had a moment I didn’t feel safe. Our team comes to a tournament every year in Canfield so we’ll definitely be back!

Great value and the room was clean. The staff was VERY nice and accommodating. I had to reach out twice to the front desk for things i forgot and they were quick to respond and very friendly.

The bed was VERY firm and the bedding felt like plastic. Bring your own pillows.

Staff was kind. Bed was cozy.

Ran out of hot water. I don't hold this against them it was during the eclipse and there was not a single vacancy. Hard Boiled eggs and a meat would make a nice addition to the breakfast. It was basically all carbs.

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Didn't need to ask for anything. Same hotel that we stayed in from RI to IL. Came back on the way home and ate at the recommended restaurant "Steamers" again. Great again.

This room was not as spacious as 1st visit. Was a bit too small for our liking, but will ask for 2nd floor next time. That room was perfect.
