I came in off the road very tired and needed a place to stay. The front desk clerk was awesome and very accommodating. I won't say the place was right off the main road, but it was easy to find with the GPS. There was a sign in the room letting me know they were going through renovations and some amenities weren't available and that was so nice so I knew right away there wasn't going to be some things, so my expectations weren't high. I was also really tired so I didn't mind when I turned on the TV and there was no channels. I went right to sleep and had no issues falling right asleep and slept like a baby. I think the warm welcome and great conversation with the front desk clerk made my stay feel like home. It's always the customer service and great people that make a place of a weary traveler feel so much better.

There were signs that the hotel was under renovations so I can't complain about anything. There was no issues that weren't already pointed out by the signs and management. I think they were very effective making people aware that things were being taken care of.

I loved the stay. However, we were charged wrong. There were no upgrade rooms. I only received a regular room

Great location, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great little doggie area

Tub was slippery/almost fell a couple of times and the toilet seat kept sliding like it was going to come off

The staff was short but worked very b well together I noticed wonderful loving warm attitude. I only knew it was short because I saw the same 4 staff in a couple days. Lol

I have no complaints excellent stay

The bed was very comfortable and had tons of pillows-definite plus! There was plenty of room, the room was clean, and definitely met my needs!

I had to book 2 nights because I needed to check in before normal time. I understand why-next time I will call in the morning and see if anything is available for early check-in. The walls are a little thin, but most hotels have that issue so it's not that big of a deal.

Did not eat breakfast.

The guest next door and the guest across the hall had dogs that barked a lot. That was the only problem I had was the dogs.

Information on booking.com app is incorrect regarding fees for pets. They will charge for having pets even though it says they don't.
