Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Pretty expensive, but we felt it was worth it. We wanted to go to the Henry Ford Museum which was close by. Liked that there was a restaurant, and we used it for dinner and breakfast. Very nice, friendly staff.

Didn’t like where they tried to seat us for dinner…near the kitchen. Also didn’t like the first dinner waiter, but both problems were corrected.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. We felt very safe in the area. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel was quiet. We had the breakfast buffet, and the food was fresh and tasty! It was not planned, but we could watch many fireworks displays outside our window.

I felt the shower in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The drain had some hair in it that had not been picked up. I felt some of the staff wasn't really friendly. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

We got up the last day to leave and were parked in the hotel parking lot, however someone attempted to steal our car. It wasnt just pur car, but policeman told us there had been several attempts and from my understanding it had happened recently prior and we were not told by hotel, which i think should have been disclosed or maybe hotel should have had extra security based on proce we paid per night.

The staff was great. Very helpful. Only had a problem with one staff member. Older lady who checked me in. She was very rude and not helpful. I had to come back and asked the younger lady my question but everyone else was great especially the doorman

Beautiful hotel. Nice staff! The bartender Dean was my favorite! Employees really can make or break your experience and I would come back just to sit at the bar with him and the other bartenders that were there Thursday and Friday night ! 2.23 & 2.24!

My fridge didn't work and the heat was weird. Housekeeping woke us up banging on doors to clean very early and it was a kid crying in another room for hours it seemed Just took away the rest part of the trip

The hotel is beautiful. Nice artwork, indoor pool

Spots of the indoor pool walls looked a little rough. Valet seemed to disappear when needed and parked my lexus under a tree. That left a mess on the paint. Starbucks coffee machines were out of order and unserviced. Night staff seemed to not care much. Some of the room finishes were rough, and the desk chair was peeled.

I love the restaurant downstairs I like the smell in the air I love all the art of what the fireplaces and the hot tub was very nice

I couldn't find a menu in the bedroom for room service but everything else was great

The staff are amazing The reception desk team. Eric the manager of front desk and all his colleagues are extremely supportive and helpful.

Honestly, NOTHING

The room was spacious and the beds comfortable - the paintings all over are incredible and the pool was exquisite. Having the hotel close to a major mall was an unexpected bonus.

The lock in the bathroom did not work but minor issue. Would be a nice future option to opt for a breakfast as part of the room booking. But all minor issues.

We had dinner in Tria. One the best meals we have had in a time. Oysters, Steak and Crab Cakes.

Lighting in room is very average. No reading lights or desk lamp.
