It is a brand new hotel which is found in the heart of the town. Firstly the staff were fantastic , considering it was their first day, they were so helpful and professional. The pool area on the roof top had a beautiful view over the town and beach with a well stocked bar. The breakfast had everything you’d want, fresh bread/fruit/cooked breakfast etc. Our room was very comfortable and had a wonderful balcony with a direct sea view. Finally the private parking is an excellent facility in a busy town during the summer peak period.

Brand new hotel, very good facilities. Super front of house staff

The parking is not outside of hotel, it is a short walk.

We loved our stay, everything as promised, and my daughter loved the spa. Great breakfast. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge paging through all their beautiful coffee-table books.

The hotel provides parking at a cost, but it is 4 min walk away, and you have to check-in first to get access. That means you can not get close to the hotel with your car/luggage.

Gorgeous and stylish hotel! The beachfront views are truly stunning. Loved the use of the spa, and the rooftop lounges and pool are amazing. We loved our stay, the staff was exceptional and would highly recommend.

Breakfast was good, but slightly lacking for 5-star.

Brilliant location, excellent breakfast facilities and an idyllic rooftop pool. We were lucky in that we were just out of season so the weather was lovely but there weren't many other people there. I know other have commented on the rooms, but the junior suite was available at a good price when we were staying and the room was superb - glass doors on the toilets is a bit weird, but you can manage...

The gym wasn't open - this was clear on the hotel website but hadn't made it through to the Booking.com listing. I think this was partly down to the off-season timing and shouldn't be an issue for people later this year.

Location is excellent, right near the beach. They upgraded us without our asking to a lovely room that looked right out on the beach. Spa was delightful - clean and well-maintained sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and pool. Brunch had an extensive array of breakfast and lunch foods.

Nothing! Even when the power went off (across all of Spain and Portugal), we were still able to go in and out of our room. And we shopped for dinner at a nearby grocery store (all the restaurants were forced to close, including the hotel's) and the hotel let us use their restaurant tables to eat our picnic dinner. The front desk helped as much as they could with our transportation given that the country's rail network had shut down, making a few calls for us to the bus station, etc. Thank you, staff!

The interior is 10/10. We loved the lobby—it was a pleasure to work or chill there. The music there is very well chosen, very calm, and pleasant. The rooftop is a very nice area with comfy sunbeds. The breakfast is high quality. Overall, we really liked our stay here, and we will definitely come back in the future.

Our room did not have a balcony. The solution for the bathroom and WC is very strange—glass doors, no towel’ warmer. So, if you are not staying as a couple, you would expect more privacy. The personnel at the restaurant are a bit chaotic all the time. And if you are looking for a spa rest, it is not the place. The spa is very small and quite simple.

The Hotel is brand new, so everything is very clean. The rooms are amazing and the beds are very conferrable so you sleep well. The breakfast was amazing. Terrace and Pool is great to relax on the rooftop. The employees are very friendly. I came during the week which is much better as on friday you could see that many guests and families arrived for the wekend.

I cant say that I didnt like something in the hotel. Maybe I would recommend that when they are families with children at the pool they should also respect under clients, as it is not the biggest pool and some people came to relax and not to listen 10 screaming children around it. Just a bit regulation from Management and understanding that all guests should respect others.

Location greta in front of the sea, beautiful view of the castle. Nice and friendly staff. Parking in front with limited space for 37€ a day. Very comfortable bed, so far the best I ever tried. Good breakfast and nice spa.

The room would be great for a 4 star hotel. I was expecting some extra details for a 5stars for example toothpaste and toothbrush and maybe some amenities like in other luxuries hotels but not a big deal at the end. Breakfast good but in rainy days without the possibility of the terrace, you will be in a nice “little” breakfast room that will be crowded with other guests and if you want some eggs to eat, be ready to wait as there are prepared by only 1 chef.

We were lucky enough to stay at this special hotel in its second day of opening. Location cannot be beaten and we had two sea view rooms. Being the first to use the towels and the sheets meant they were extra soft and the beds were first rate. The interior design is impeccable and oozes comfort and style having undergone a complete refurbishment. Day one we had an Aperol spritz on the rooftop pool. Breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed use of the spa with its cold plunge pool. We happened to meet the owner of the hotel who was still putting finishing touches on the small details. The hotel and in particular the name of the hotel has sentimental value to the family, as we found out, which made it all the more special. The staff were all lovely and working hard to making the opening a success. If you are visiting Tossa this is the place to stay!

Nothing! It was perfect.
