It is a brand new hotel which is found in the heart of the town. Firstly the staff were fantastic , considering it was their first day, they were so helpful and professional. The pool area on the roof top had a beautiful view over the town and beach with a well stocked bar. The breakfast had everything you’d want, fresh bread/fruit/cooked breakfast etc. Our room was very comfortable and had a wonderful balcony with a direct sea view. Finally the private parking is an excellent facility in a busy town during the summer peak period.

Location greta in front of the sea, beautiful view of the castle. Nice and friendly staff. Parking in front with limited space for 37€ a day. Very comfortable bed, so far the best I ever tried. Good breakfast and nice spa.

The room would be great for a 4 star hotel. I was expecting some extra details for a 5stars for example toothpaste and toothbrush and maybe some amenities like in other luxuries hotels but not a big deal at the end. Breakfast good but in rainy days without the possibility of the terrace, you will be in a nice “little” breakfast room that will be crowded with other guests and if you want some eggs to eat, be ready to wait as there are prepared by only 1 chef.

We were lucky enough to stay at this special hotel in its second day of opening. Location cannot be beaten and we had two sea view rooms. Being the first to use the towels and the sheets meant they were extra soft and the beds were first rate. The interior design is impeccable and oozes comfort and style having undergone a complete refurbishment. Day one we had an Aperol spritz on the rooftop pool. Breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed use of the spa with its cold plunge pool. We happened to meet the owner of the hotel who was still putting finishing touches on the small details. The hotel and in particular the name of the hotel has sentimental value to the family, as we found out, which made it all the more special. The staff were all lovely and working hard to making the opening a success. If you are visiting Tossa this is the place to stay!

The room booking said ocean view, but you could barely see the ocean from the family room we got, and it was lots of noise in the morning when emptying the litter cans on the streets. Minor startup issues which should be fixed to maximize the experience at a very nice hotel eg. bathrobes lacking in the rooms upon arrival but were delivered as soon as we pointed it out. Only two hooks for towels in a 4 persons room. No snacks with drinks on the rooftop. Rooftop pool not heated. No glasses in the sauna and one out of three lights was out. But the experience was nevertheless great.

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything, and oceanfront. The room was beautiful, spacious, modern, and clean. We loved the spa. The breakfast buffet had tons of options and food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was also a great spot to relax and watch the sunrise.

If possible, maybe trim the trees at the front of the hotel, so it is not obstructing the views from the balcony. There were ants in our suite, but we were able to take care of it ourselves. We were hoping the hours at the spa were longer than until 9pm.

It was brand new and they paid a lot of attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and helpful and were truly interested in making sure we had everything we needed. They were happy to share ideas for outings, secret beach spots and how to get there, and even recommend restaurants and made reservations for us.

We had a room with a sea view and it was very comfortable. What more could we ask for. I have no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth by the Sea hotel and took advantage of the spa and the pool. The staff was very attentive and the hotel was incredibly clean.

We were in a family suite to accommodate 3 adults. The room had no doors separating the beds and the third room had a lovely bathtub in the middle of the room. It was an interesting place to have a tub but it lacked privacy. The room was perfect for a romantic getaway but a bit unusual for a family suite.

We were there 4 nights and the sparsely stocked tea and coffee in the room was never replenished which seemed penny pinching. There was no food service up on the roof top so nowhere to eat at lunchtime in the hotel, this is not as advertised.

The view, the location, the staff, the shower room. The hotel was only in its first week of opening, so it was still lacking the finishing touches, but we had a great stay there all in all. Good cocktails :)

Beds were a bit narrow compared with some hotels, and the pillows were too high, but it was still comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
