Staff were extremely courteous. They would greet you everytime you entered or left. The building itself was amazing, rooms were very clean and Christmas decorations were grand. It is a stark contrast with the environment outside. I think it's very comfortable for westerners (who are most of the guests). Breakfast buffet was next level and one of the main reason I would come back here. Everyday they would change the options for the hot food. The soups were so delicious. They would have at least one filipino dish option.

Very westernized, they had some filipino dishes for breakfast but definitely the facilities and the food are catered for westerners. You are quite a distance from the port or beach but close to restaurants and the main street.

The hotel is in a good location with a few restaurants close by. The baywalk is about a 30-minute walk or a 50 peso tricycle. We had breakfast included in booking, which had enough options for our tastes. We had an early checkout, and they made us a small takeaway salad for breakfast. The hotel gave us a free minivan trip to the airport. All the staff and security guards were extremely friendly, and we would have no hesitation staying at this hotel again.

The only negative note is that the room we check in had a musty smell. When we asked if we could change rooms, they showed me 4 other rooms to choose from .we chose the room which had more sunlight, which was okay. The housekeeping staff moved our belongings with no fuss to our new room.

Excellent hotel. Close to the airport. Very clean and modern. Excellent staff and service. Good breakfast with a range of western and Filipino options. We had an airport pick up, a welcome drink, and a friendly check in. The pool area is very nice and the staff will always try their best to accommodate any requests. Room was big, bed comfortable, AC good. On the pricier side for Puerto Princesa but worth it for the service and Comfort.

The only reason it is not 10/10 is because I needed to use a computer for an urgent work thing. They have a business centre and a meeting room with computers but none were available. Keeping one computer available at all times for guests would make this 10/10.

The staff were amazing, especially the front desk team & Robert the concierge. The gym was OK but the pool was good. Breakfast was excellent but other meals were only OK (Great restaurants just outside). The room was spacious, huge, comfy bed with good TV & WiFi. Did the Underground River & Honda Bay tours via the hotel & they were excellent. The massage I had in the Spa, a 90 minute combination was the best I've had in the Philippines. The staff are lovely too.

We booked our van transfer to Port Barton through the hotel (at a premium) but it was awful. Too many people packed in & 4 hours late leaving. An awful tour company, the hotel should switch.

The hotel was very clean, and central to many restaurants and bars. The team were very kind and gave me a late checkout also. They were also very helpful when I needed to contact the tour company as there was confusion around my pickup point and made sure they came to my hotel. They also provide complimentary airport pickup & drop off which I think is fab. Thank you very much to the team and Martin at the Front Desk.

No evening entertainment but many channels in the room to watch a movie etc.

- All staff are fabulous! Professional & attentive. - The Spa services are good. We had a relaxing, but firm (as requested), couples massage booking, & I had a pedicure which was also completed professionally. - The bed was a true King size & was comfortable. - Breakfast was good, however, only a small range for vegetarians. - The underground, secure parking for our rental motorcycles was also greatly appreciated.

The Hotel restaurant did not have other milk alternatives (Soy, which is common throughout The Philippines). They did provide 'chunky' coconut milk as a milk alternative, however, as much as I enjoy coconut milk, it was not good on cereal. I also did not like the 'persistence' of the Tricycle taxi drivers that would sit around the front of the Hotel. We were 'introduced' to them by the Security guard when we asked him a question... We wish we had not.

The service and welcome by the staff were exceptional. We had a wonderful stay. Our anniversary room set up was amazing! Shoutout to the front desk team for their effort. The airport pick up was seamless. Plus, they were quite accommodating on our request for vegetarian food for breakfast. Even the security personnel were very friendly. Highly recommended, we're tempted to get this hotel again if we return.

We wished there was a decent spot in the hotel for stargazing. We couldn't fault the hotel, we did manage to find an adequate spot within the hotel compound. But it would be better if there was a decent open spot (perhaps at the rooftop or balcony) that we can relax and stargaze.

I liked the location and the availability of the airport shuttle! The breakfast was great in the morning. The large room was able to accommodate my 2 cousins, my mother, and myself easily. I would stay there again if visiting Puerto Princesa. I also would like to shout out ate Apple who worked at the tour desk while we stayed there!! She truly was so helpful and kind, and our trip would not have been as amazing without all of her help. Thank you, thank you again ate Apple!

Amazing friendly & attentive staff always willing to help when needed. Great breakfast buffet with lots of choice , clean well maintained room, with very comfortable beds !

Very minor issues . Crap coffee on breakfast buffet . It was quite cool during our stay so a luke wam shower would have been nice we had issues with shower head mixer in room 510 when dialing in hot water not enough pressure to run shower head, water flow kept reverting back to shower tap outlet..

It was in the center of the city with nice restaurants around, just walking distance. All the staff we encountered were very polite, helpful and accommodating. Truly Filipino hospitality at its best. Breakfast which was included in our booking was always something to look forward to. The hotel was very clean and d decor of the place was beautiful. There is also free shuttle from and to the airport. They also arranged all our tours.
