It is - of course - not a 5-star hotel. With that in mind, I would say the value for money is very good. There's a swimming pool that's clean, especially compared to other hotels in Puerto Princesa (we've stayed at several hotels here in town in the past). The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was closed at the time of our visit (except for breakfast). But Baker's Hill (one of the highlights in Puerto Princesa) is within walking distance. Definitely worth visiting. Not just because of the dining options. There's also a park and breathtaking views of the countryside and the sea. The room is functional, the bathroom spacious, with a hot shower (once you figure out how the heater works :-). The TV doesn't work, but the internet is OK. The aircon works well and there are several sockets, for example to charge a mobile phone. I don't want to rate the following as either positive or negative: The rooms are located directly in front of the pool. And there may be drinking and smoking going on by the pool, even at night. I can't say it bothered us, but it's perhaps worth mentioning. Another potential issue could be that the hotel is a bit far from the center of Puerto Princesa. But if that doesn't matter to you, you can ignore it. And of course, there are tricycles and multicabs available. So you're not "cut off from the rest of the world." It didn't matter to us though, since we arrived in our own car (the parking lot is spacious, by the way). And the remote location also has its advantages. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. We were very satisfied and would stay here again anytime.

Quality / price ! Fantastic . Bfast was also good ( not the coffee) but all good,really good. Room was clean ,maintained, really good Aircon( split type) and good water pressure and hot water. All was really good. Pool was clean, and we booked 3 rooms on a Sunday and almost nobody in the hotel. Good satellite TV channels and Starlink Internet. ( not so good in second floor) No excessive noise of any dogs ,rooster nor moped as it is a little remote area.( better to have your car ) I ll go back. Great staff specially " Gretchen" loll. Even the owner was present in the morning.

We arrived late upon checking in to the property, I mistakenly booked a double room instead of a single bed but they quickly rectified that by providing an extra bed for a very cheap cost. They also offered for us to borrow their towels free of charge for us to bring during our island hopping excursion. When we asked about airport transfers, the owner herself drove us to the airport. The KTV room is also very big and very clean, not to mention the food is also super good (though you would have to wait for at least an hour for them to cook it, but we kept ourselves busy with the KTV). What can I say but my colleagues and I were very impressed with the superb customer service. We would definitely stay here again once we're back in Puerto Princesa.

Really good service, they prepared the room after I made a special request for my partner and filled it with flower petals. They also provided extra early breakfast to make sure we made it on time for our early flight and we're really helpful. Very clean, spacious room and good A/C

To mention something, the location is a bit far from the city center and any shop or transport, but if you are willing to move as a local, it is super easy to find a multicab and reach anywhere

The pool and the larger room was fantastic. It was very calm and relaxing. Unfortunately, it takes a while to get into town, so best to rent a scooter if you can. Also, the breakfast was lovely but no restaurant, so you have to venture out to get food/dinner which can be difficult if you don't drive. The staff were lovely and accommodating.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We booked 2 rooms. The downside though is that the heater in our room is not functioning. But overall, we have a very nice experience and they are very accommodating specifically since we have 2 senior companion. Will recommended this hotel to our friends. Thank you.

We could check in pretty late so it was very convenient. Contact with the staff was excellent. The room was clean, pool was very nice. I left my kindle in the room and the staff member send it to my friend to collect it, super helpful! Definitely would recommend this place.

The location isn’t very close to the city centre but if you have a car or a scooter it really doesn’t matter.

The best hospitality received in the Philippine's. Customer service is great. A lot of additional services provided. Rooms are modern. Breakfast is also good. I got a free transfer to the airport from the airport. Quite peaceful and relaxing.

Location is a bit far. Air con was old an noisy. Rest is quite good.

After a nightmare mix up with flights, We booked a last minute stay at Dinah’s and was not disappointed at all. All staff were lovely and very accomodating, the rooms were clean and aircon available. We had breakfast included and they asked for our preferences. Swimming pool has a swim up bar which wasnt operating as we arrived close to midnight but still a cool spot to relax.

The location is rather secluded so do rmb to book Grab to or transport beforehand.

The staff was so nice and helpful! Chean especially made everything super easy since I had a couple of late nights. Thank you again!
