As a business owner, I understand the importance of a capable and accommodating staff. The resort is in recovery from the devastating effects of COVID but despite that, the owners and staff are committed to making each guests experience the very best possible. They went out of their way daily to do everything they could to make this stay a very memorable and comfortable stay. They put on their beautiful smiles and work hard to accommodate their guests with an attitude that comes from the heart of servitude. We enjoyed the pool, the great food, the nice breezes and just the best of people. Don’t be afraid to bring anything to their attention as I personally witnessed how quick and willing they are to address your concerns. Places you might forget but people live in your heart and memory. Don’t miss out on this place.

I brought up a few things to the owners that they corrected and rather than shining a light on a negative, I’d rather point the spotlight on their goodness because there is plenty of great things to say.

- Staff was always helpful and very nice, the lifeguard at the pool always lend us his goggles, the security guard gave us a very warm welcome (we were checking in later at night due to plane delays) - Location as imagined, very remote, very green, and very calm and peaceful - Everything was clean - The first hotel/resort ever for me to have a urinal in the bathroom (big plus, especially if you're a couple and both have to pee at the same time) All in all highly recommended and can't wait to come back!

- In the beginning, Continental Breakfast consisted of a few pieces of toast with jam, fruit and water (extra pay required for eggs or coffee), but fortunately, they had a change in their menu and now there's pancakes and a free coffee

First of all: I have rarely seen such friendly and helpful hotel staff. Aya from the front desk and the whole team went to great lengths to make our stay as pleasant as possible. For example, because the internet in the room was too weak, they installed an extender. And when we complained about the dirty swimming pool, they did a lot to clean it. I can't say anything negative - apart from the quality of the water in the pool. The hotel room (we had the villa by the sea) is spacious, two-story and has a balcony right by the sea. The bed is big and comfortable. There is no noise day and night. It is really quiet - which is anything but a given for Puerto Princesa (we have a house on the island ourselves). It is indeed a very peaceful, quiet place. Although not exactly central. But you can't have everything... However, if you rent a motorbike or a car, the location is secondary. By the way, there is a large parking lot To be fair, there are some slight signs of aging here and there, but for the price, it's OK. I don't need a new coat of paint just to pay more. So far - all good. The food is good, fairly priced and the service is courteous and friendly. You can enjoy your meal with a view of the sea. The location is very picturesque, in the bay of Puerto Princesa. And let me add something important at the end: This hotel has a large and reliable power generator. Unfortunately, Puerto Princesa is famous for constant and sometimes long-lasting power outages. You won't experience any of that in this hotel. And that alone is worth a lot.

I'm sorry to say this because I really like this hotel. But - dear management: if you have such a great pool, why don't you take better care of it? It's not enough to clean the water with a filter. You also have to change the water every now and then. I can't accept the argument that this is too expensive. For two reasons: First: Your pool has a capacity of about 35 - 40 cubic meters of water. At the water district this costs (for a heavy user like a hotel) a maximum of 1500 pesos (24 EUR / 26 USD) for a complete change. So please - that's not an argument. Second: It takes too long? Well, we counted 12 inlet nozzles. If they all work, that would definitely not something to be worried about. In short: Please consider to improve the water quality of the pool.

Positive: - Nice and unique location - Very friendly and helpful staff - Good food a reasonable prices - Power generator that compensates the many power outages in Puerto Princesa - Quiet and peaceful environment

- The quality of the water in the pool is insufficient. We all had an itch after swimming. The water should be exchanged, not just filtered only. - There are 2 aircons in the room (villa by the sea), but only one works. This is not enough when several people are staying. - Not the fault of the hotel, but be aware of sandflies at the seaside. It is recommended to use Off Lotion (easy to get in Puerto Princesa).

1. The place is very quiet and very secluded, it gives you the feeling of exclusivity and utmost relaxation; 2. The view of the Puerto Princesa Bay is awesome, no other hotel in the city have this view; 3. Staff are friendly and entertaining; 4. Their facebook page replies quickly to inquiries and requests;

1. The window tints of the room that I stayed in has bubbles and it blocks the awesome view of the bay and the mangroves; 2. The water pressure in the bathroom could be improved; 3. For the price of the food in the restaurant, the quantity of the serving should be improved a little bit if possible;

Every unit seemed to be designed for a really large group. I love how there was so much space. Although I travelled solo on this trip, I'll make sure to bring family or friends along for fun!

I didn't like how many of the areas were difficult for PWD to access. There are a lot of steps going in and around the area. While I understand that this might be because of aesthetic, it might be good to provide alternative access for PWDs.

Happy we have chosen this lovely place to stay. Nice location away from city rush. Great quality of food in the restaurant. Pool and jacuzzi with the view to the port. Professional full body massage for a very fair price. Staff are very welcome and helpful. Complementary kayak experience and airport drop off was a pleasant surprise. We will be back when next time visiting Palawan.

Property were very responsive & helpful. The driver collected us at 2am from our delayed boat & also dropped us to the airport - service like that is beyond expectations- amazing! The hotel is set in a beautiful tranquil location & the room had everything we needed. Huge thank you to your team for a great stay.

Everything was amazing. People were friendly. The hotel is very calme and rooms are too comfortable and big. I would highly recommend this hotel
