This is a great bargain for a high-quality hotel. The room was great; the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space, and just about everything worked. There was a small closet with a shelf and also a bar with hangers. Plenty of towels, four pillows for the king-sized bed. Towel bars in the bathroom that were sturdy. The shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. Mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave both worked great. The desk, lamps, and desk chair were functional, and, in the case of desk and chair, comfortable. We really appreciated the noon checkout time. Breakfast was fine: eggs and sausage, toast, waffles, cereal and milk, coffee and tea, yogurt and muffins. There's lots of nice grassy areas around the hotel to walk the dogs, and they did have a dog poop station with poop bags and a designated trash can. Really great. Also, the view of the mountains from the property is fantastic. Wow. Easy to find from the freeway, but not too noisy inside. There were other dogs on our hallway, but not right next to us, so they didn't get on each other's nerves. Staff was helpful and friendly.

No fan in the bathroom. The key card was fritzy in the outside door, so I more than once had to walk around to the front in order to get back in when I went out the entrance nearest our room to the car. These are basically non-issues as far as I'm concerned!

Easy check in.

Beware of the deposit. They track an extra 25-50 dollar deposit onto your room fee and you have to go to the desk to check out our forfeit deposit. Rooms are carpeted and felt damp. The bathroom has excessively low ceilings and you must be a contortionist to use it. There is a one inch clearance between the door and toilet. Lots of towels and the beds are acceptable.

Pet friendly hotel, however, even though the hotel had bags to pick up after dogs, there were alot of owners that did not do this. Even though I was careful where I stepped, I still managed to step in dog poop. If you want to offer, make sure someone is checking that people are picking up after their dogs. There was a lot of poop around!!!

it was quiet in relation to highway (no highway noise) excellent breakfast layout; with eggs sausage patties, waffle maker fruit fruit juice, good coffee of a variety of strengths. good variety of bread. 2 staff members kept the eggs and sausage stocked in the warm wells. I was impressed.

Not very soundproofed - I could hear the people in the next room talking at a normal volume, as well as their TV. Breakfast food was limited to basically premade omelets, cereal, toast, and waffles. I wished there was some fruit, yogurt and muffins.

Paying another deposit , on other places i have stayed with booking .com , now getting fed up waiting for some back , some from 20/1/25 from other hotels , work out very expensive on credit card when waiting a month or more ,

Room was clean, they had a laundry bag and working TV unlike the Ramada in Boise.

We were missing one body towel, so one of us had to use the (bath mat) towel to dry off after showering. Also, for the room that we were in they need to put a power strip in the wall outlet behind the bed to allow for both bedside lights to be plugged in as well as the alarm clock. I would also suggest providing extension cords from that power strip to allow guests to plug in their cell phones on the bedside tables. Not a huge negative but in today's day and age it's nice to be able to plug in your phone at the bedside tables

The breakfast meat and egg options were only a sausage patty and scrambled eggs. Three days in a row was hard to endure as we were trying to avoid too many carbohydrates. The front desk clerk was not available at checkout time as he would be back momentarily. I waited a few minutes and then returned and found him not there with two families ahead of me in line. I couldn't wait so left with out the receipt I wanted.

Very reasonably priced, safe, clean motel near shops and restaurants in Provo. It also had a guest laundry which was much cheaper than the local coin operated places and the breakfast was good. Super friendly staff
